it wasn't a shell, it was a guided missile, and he was marked as a medic. They aimed and fired at non-combatant medical personel, a warcrime.

It's always sad when Children get all wrapped up in Adult created issues. It's also extremely sad knowing that most of the Children in this region will lose their innocence and grow up to be radicals one day. I honestly hope and pray that one day the brainwashing of these children ends

Seeing them all covered in dust from the rubble is so sad. They were probably buried under it all . All those sounds of kids crying and screaming in pain is horrendous . Anyone that works there is so brave . I couldn't cope with all that sadness and death day after day . I just couldn't do it !!😢

I'm a big man and don't shed tears easily but i can't hold it dry seeing the worst and best of humanity so close together.

I watched this and shortly after discovered that Pete Reed was unalived in Ukraine. This man was amazing and selfless my heart goes out to his friends and family. What a great guy.

El Salvador from 84/87 here. There’s nothing civilized about civil war, it’s one of the most destructive and uncontrollable killing fields in warfare. El Salvador and Nicaragua completely changed my life. It’s unbelievable the mount of carnage that can develop between each other.

I'm here on 8/27/21 during the American withdrawal from Afghanistan. I'm just consumed with all the inhumane acts of people, but also joyous at the wonderful acts of these people.

Yes unfortunately Pete Reed died while being a medic in the Russian "Special Military Operation" in Ukraine.. You can first see Pete in the beginning of the video where he's treating injured people in the abandoned mosque .. RIP Mr Reed 🙏🙏.. Salute from Detroit 👌👌.. .

A really informative and interesting documentary. Reading the comments and hearing the guy died is truly sad, a man who treated everyone, friend or foe. The whole team treating ISIS. I'm afraid i couldn't be like that, i would be 2 angry i think. Would be thinking how would they treat our wounded? Probably cut their heads off. But the medics are truly decent people and make the world a much better place. Bless them all.

Hope Iraq and Syria retain the glory of the old days. Pains to see innocents being killed, especially children. Heart shattering. God bless Iraq, Syria and its people. And yea , may Mosul be great again.
