    Thanks for this VITAL advice. I have two bad knees and walking is hard for me but I can walk on the treadmill at the gym for at least ten mins. My problem is getting the impetus to get out of the house. But after hearing you today, I am going to try to make the effort. It not easy at 83, but where there's a will, there's a way.
