Two Amazing Crystals Pulled from the Mud.

Here are two of my best pulls from my first day in Arkansas. These two quartz crystals were AMAZING! but they just kept getting better and better from here.
Huge thanks to @The Crystal Collector for inviting me out for this trip and @Avant Mining for hosting us at their amazing facility and mine sites.

    got me some nice ones from Herkimer NY, just by walking around and looking. I don't think people respect how hard it is to actually "dig" for crystals. Unless you use a hammer for a living...at least in my case after about a half an hour my arm was shot lol. It's hot/cold maybe wet but always dirty. Love the vids!!!!

    They started pulling crystals twice as big and far more clear, but were annoyed by them and unimpressed at that point, because they were also pulling ones five times bigger with near perfect clarity or amazing things inside.

    Same way snowflakes have their intricate geometrical forms. It all boils down to the shape of the molecules and what arrangement is energetically favorable in the environment where the crystal grows. Large crystals like these grow very slowly from a single nucleation site.

  • @diamondcreepah3210

    @diamondcreepah3210

    @@eroraf8637 it also often boils down (sorry for the pun) to heat. Molecules and atoms shake very fast when heated up, creating opportunities to change its structure. If you then give it enough time to cool down, it will slowly but surely arrange itself in a grid-like pattern, creating the awesome geometry crystals are known for
