maybe not try to get as much money as possible but MAD. Mutually Assured Destruction. If he can't have a successfully monetized career on KZread, why not take the entire ship down and take the life rafts so everyone else drowns but him who already left. He's now running away from Social Media claiming "internet toxicity" from the (deserved) backlash.

Matt is just angry that his gross comedy (literally asking a schoolgirl to have a 'sex vid' with him) didn't fly well so he started Adpocalypse 2, to make everyone who didn't find him funny suffer. It's really sad, but I shed no tears for Matt... I wanted to be a youtuber a long time ago, but I think I'm gonna switch with twitch until everything HOPEFULLY blows over. Keep up the good work, Bowblax.

Good coverage on this. I know you get a lot of crap from people but this was an example of well done commentary. No drama, no sensationalism, a reason well thought out deconstruction of the situation offering different perspectives.

I truthfully have zero words. No words whatsoever. To be fair, I can understand what he's doing but he's doing it for all the wrong reasons. This is going to end up doing more harm than good. And yeah, I wish KZread would actually implement more security towards content like this. This is messed up I swear.

But I want to add to 4:40 that finding websites where they congregate is, unfortunately, only part of how to stop these things. We really do need to have a mature, serious discussion about this topic. A discussion that involves psychology and prevention methods. I would *love* to have this discussion, but sadly, on social media, people are... seriously immature, reactionary, and impatient. The closest I've seen to maturity on this topic is in a Bible Reloaded video. If more people would approach the subject that way, we really could make the world a lot safer. That being said, I can't even fault the reactionaries, because I know when I hear a certain word (zoosadist), I stop thinking in terms of prevention and start thinking "lynch the bastards".

Well this is quite a interesting topic that I had no idea was happening until today, this situation needs to be dealt with quickly due to the potential of this starting a 2nd Ad-pocalypse in which it might have the possibility of being more destructive than the first and considering the fact that KZread is still damaged from the first one, meaning that the results of this one will be catastrophic were all KZreadrs will be affected in one way or another and the fact that reading a prior comment saying that some companies are already pulling out makes me fear that this guy just set off a ticking time bomb. I can understand his cause, trying to stop pedophiles is a good cause, however his actions are far from the right thing and its like you were to try and crash a nation's economy to stop people from buying drugs, the Ad-pocalypse is something that I like to call "KZread's Great Depression" and personally I would like to keep these A-dpocalypses in the past of KZread's history.
