Best class/course I ever took. Makes everything else so much easier. I am in the DR academy (not for long) and it blows it away. EVERYONE should learn MS before they start trading .. it is that important @@Silkytrades

Lessons from Episode:- 1. Mindset ( Have Realistic Mindset). 2. Commitment, Discipline & Dedication are keys 3. Focus on what you can control 4. Stay In Your Lane ( Mind Your Business) 5. Stay In Tune With Your Mind 6. Your Why Must Be Bigger than Your How 7. Marginal Improvements Consistently "Just because you don't see the result, it does not mean you are not progressing."

This is why i love trading, there is no other jobs who makes you working on your psychology like trading and for sure working on that is going de make of you a better person in the reel life

Meditation is HUGE!!! I haven't traded for 12+ months, after becoming a dad, things at home became very stressful and time-consuming which led to a drop in meditation then my trading went to hell, lost my funded accounts and went down a dark hole. Planning a come back in 2024 Really love your channel!

I'm 41 😊 8 yrs in the game. Wonderful podcast with nice guests. 👍 John, 8 months is just the beginning of the journey brother. Good luck!

It is amazing to see the change in yourself when you look back. This directly goes back to staying humble and grateful. This will keep you focused.

Hitting rock bottom is a very scary pace to be. But so glad you got up and got the help you needed. Now look where you are, truly amazing.

Really amazing how things started falling in place for you. Everything fell in place and happened for a reason to lead you to where you are now today. Congrats on your achievements.

listening to this guy, it felt like im doing everything that he is doing when he was just starting, meditation on early morning, practicing gratification, using hardship and obstacles as bridge for learning and to elevate myself and lastly, willpower to never quit. I always visualize my backtest and my live trading, the process on how to win.. It is reassuring that someone is sucessful with the things that I'm doing and bodybuilding has helped me to be disciplined which i applied in trading

Rock bottom is a scary place but also the best place to reset and go again. Im glad this guy came out of it and im sure he will find success in this game. My favourite comment is about "just showing up every day". So many parallels with bodybuilding: incremental improvements, stick to the process even though improvements might not be visible. The discipline and mindset that are necessary for body building are just as relevant to trading success.
