1. Being as a trader we need to create a positive mometum in each and every aspects of life as well as we give the rated of the day like productivity day or unproductivity ( A+, A or B ).. 2. Forming a mental edge by doing like meditation, visualization, manifestation etc. 3. More time to focus on productivity worked not unnecessarily sitting long time, taking break is also good also for productivity. 4. Focus on the weakness first to reactify it. 5. worked with disciplined in every aspect of life. 6. Control the level of Dopamine ( save unnecessary dopamine ) to put the dopamine in another good worked. 7. Puttimers on social media while we are using( for saving dopamine as well as time also). 8. Right accountability ( Mentor or community ) 9. We must accept our own mistakes. 10. Encourage the other people. All the above points is my learning point from this GEMS epic podcast. Lastly Thanks to the Riz what u dedicate to the trading community is huge amount of GEMS. Thanks Rodri for your valuable GEMS. Thanks Kyle for your Valuable GEMS

People are running behind the "great setup" or "holy grail" setup , but they dont realize that there's nothing as holy grail setup in trading . if youre putting positive psychology , good strategy and time , then even it hits sl it's a great setup because the same setup hits tp as well, all we need to do is , accept the possiblities. thank you for this great video.

Damn I love these podcasts, every trader struggling or full time should listen to these WOR pods. Always reminds you that you’re not alone in the ongoing journey of being a trader.

The most important thing to learn from these two is that you may have a tactical advantage but if you are not working on your psychology, you won’t get desired results. Its all about discipline and breakibg down your daily routine.

The issue here is...when trading, your determination and descipline to manage your trading with a reasonable lots size is the big deal.
