  • @FlatwareCreationSS

    @FlatwareCreationSS

    Жыл бұрын

    That’s a great question. The hard part is if you heat the times up too much, the silver evaporates and it’s real hard to judge when that’s gonna happen. Every piece of silverware is different. The best forks to use for the long time dinner forks that are more rounded. And I’ve started using a paper tool to start my Benz and get the piece is going in the direction that. I want them to go.

    Jodie Payne some are better than others but I would stay away from any silverware that says that it’s plated in China. Godenger? I think. Pay attention to the tine shape. Round or flat, round bend better than flat.

    Hi Jeremy, I want to invest in a band saw (as your have) to cut my silverware. What do you recommend please?

  • @FlatwareCreationSS

    @FlatwareCreationSS

    4 жыл бұрын

    Cynthia Bercaw they make mini bandsaws that’s I know a lot of people are using for silverware. I went with what I could afford on Facebook market place lol. I think my delta was $30. The real important part is to get a bimetal blade. It cuts threw them like butter. Down side is the blade is thicker. Some people like the mini to cut down the center of the fork tines and the regular bench top blade is to wide. Get what you can afford then spend the money on a blade or 2. “Bi-metal bandsaw blade for metal M42” is the information on my blades I paid $14 on eBay. I hope that helps you.
