This is honestly one of the most perplexing, if not the MOST perplexing story I've ever heard on John's channel. So I have only a few speculations. 1. While it may not have been Belle, it still could've been possible that Dr. Crippen murdered the man found in the basement, then buried him there. This seems incredibly unlikely to me though. 2. Or even more messed up, maybe Belle, Dr. Crippen and everyone else in this story had absolutely nothing to do with the man who was clearly murdered in that basement, and perhaps someone who lived there before them had murdered this man, and buried him, and it was just a ridiculous set of circumstances and bad luck that Dr. Crippen was already being looked at for murder, and there just so happened to be a dead body found in his home. But I quite literally just now remembered that they found something that belonged to Dr. Crippen under the bricks aswell, so I have no fuckin' clue what actually happened here. This will definitely be one of the cases I hope I get to see solved in my lifetime.
