@aliciabarton3497 have you noticed how a little fresh air makes nap time/bedtime so much easier? My son used to fall asleep during meals and occasionally while in the tub after an hour or so outside when he was this age. Even when he was older and didn't take many naps, he was usually asleep before bedtime after playing outdoors and getting lots of fresh air.

The girls usually are pretty good nappers and I've never had a problem at bedtime😊 The fresh air certainly is so good for them!💖💖

How wonderful was this family time so precious, next is sand box with some older clothes and a sprinkler. This is definitely giving them more incentive to walk on their own. Great vlog mom and dad. Love y’all!

We love wildlife too! We get deer and turkeys and even a groundhog that come right up to our back steps! And so many birds!💖💖

Wow so nice they are watching world with their innocent eyes. Ana loved slide she tried to do it on her own too that why she once got stuck & Guin loved swing she went to touch stars with that swing. They are so smart & beautiful.

Those sunglasses! And they keep them on! Just adorable! They navigate so well on the ground cover. The park is such a great time…🎠

Oh I love the swing where they can swing both at once!. I love their sweet sweet smiles. It is awesome you guys got to go on a family outing together. What is you see? The shoes are like socks with rubber soles. We try to keep them barefoot as often as possible because it's better for them since they're still learning, but I imagine the wood chips would hurt their feet so these are backups for rough surfaces😊 And boy do they love the slide!♥️♥️

So much fun to watch them grow up.

Every time my Dad would visit (he lives in Cyprus) he would insist on going to the playground with my kids. I have two just over a year apart. He would catch my daughter when she came down the slide, push her on the swings whatever she wanted. Sometimes he would just hold my son's hand and walk with him while I played with my daughter

This is only the third time they wore shoes. I usually keep them barefoot, but with all the sticks I thought it'd be better to have shoes for the playground 😊💗💗

Such precious girls and they do bring so much joy. Kudos to you and your husband. I'm always amazed at how much they comprehend. As for Anastasia I think she just needed repositioning in the swing, not that she didn't like it. I noticed she looked squished forward. I'm an observer. I went back and paused around 4:16-4:18 and she looked squished forward. Also 4:09ish. She is trying to push back and reposition herself. Just my observation.

Oh the way you have them sitting is absolutely brilliant!! What a great idea! and fun for the girls. When my girls were about 2 and on the swings, as I pushed we would sing the A,B, C song but in Spanish and we'd count in Spanish. I don't know if it did any good, but living in Southern California, it is good to have a working knowledge of Spanish. I put them in bilingual classes too but unfortunately neither of them was much interested and both transferred to the English only classes about 4th grade. I do hear them speaking Spanish a bit here and there, still not as good as I am but fair.

Cautionary heads up: when my granddaughter was just a bit older than the girls, she was going down the slide in the same manner with her mom helping. One leg got stuck along the slide wall and pushed behind her as she went down and it broke. She was in a cast for 8 weeks. The doctor said she sees MANY breaks just like that from slides. Just wanted to spread the word to really watch their legs when they are little like that. I think it’s because they don’t know to keep their legs together out front.

@@aliciabarton3497 I found this article at US News if you’d like to Google it. “Slide Safety: How to Protect Your Toddler From a Broken Leg”. It talks about this particular injury. I, too, had no idea it was so prevalent. My heart was so sad to see my little toddler grandbaby trying to learn to walk in a cast. Your babies are so cute. Thank you for allowing us to share their experiences.
