This seems like a much calmer way of teaching the girls to swim and love the water, no crying. These instructors seem much better trained for babies. So happy to see them begin the kicking and swimming process.

Yeah I am not a fan of the swim teachers who try to force a baby to save themselves! Those isr swim lessons seem dangerous and little ones should not be alone near water anyways.

I love how Anastasia jumps off the wall with no hesitation. She has absolute faith in her instructor. Guinevere has floating down pat.

That was so much more gentle today. No plunging of faces under water and that gasping, coughing and fear. Much nicer lesson....the girls will be willing to try more with this kindness and understanding. 👍

When I took my daughter to swim classes it was a group class and the mothers were in the pool with babies the instructor worked with us to show us how to teach them to swim. As they progressed there were fun activities like going down the frog slide

The girls seem more confident and are enjoying themselves with these two instructors. Good job at kicking! I'm sure they also felt better in the heated pool. Can't wait to see more!

Great video….ignore the comments about not being able to hear you, we didn’t need to hear you, it was about watching the girls. And boy did they do great! @sj8205 I agree. What we were seeing on the video showed us everything we needed to know about this wonderful swim lesson. The instructors were brilliant, and their pupils really reacted positively to their lesson.

It's so great that the girls are learning to swim. I'm 75 and never learned. I won't say it's too late but yeah I think it is. Love the videos. You are building a great heritage for their families.

I can't swim at 68!! I try but can dog paddle my way around. I started swim lessons at 11. Should have been earlier. Keep going little ones. You will have fun.

Can I just say to all you non swimmers, it really isn’t too late to learn. My mum had a very traumatising experience as a child and had never been in water since, but at the age of 55 and with some encouragement from me, she overcame her fear and had adult swimming lessons. It was the best thing ever for her. 😊

Watching the instructor with Guinevere brought back memories. My Daddy taught me if I breath out my nose and make bubbles, it will keep the water from going up my nose. No nose plugs needed! Guinevere has floating down pat. Anastasia was a little leery at the beginning but seemed to get more comfortable as the lesson progressed. Bravo to both! 👏

The instructors were so good with the girls, affectionate and gentle. 😊 making it a fun experience for them. They even played peek - a - boo with them. Guins teacher peeking her face up out of the water. I would love to have seen her face 😅 Ana's teacher peeking behind the ball 😊 both girls did such a good job. 🥰 more to come I hope. ❤❤❤

@feetfirstchiropody330 I agree. This lesson is totally opposite to what we saw during the last lessons...thank goodness all for the better! I must admit, though, when I started hearing that Humpty-Dumpty song, I got a little PTSD flashback and became a little anxious watching. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see the girls leaning forward to willingly go into the pool. Such a great experience for them this time around!

I think that Ana's instructor (the woman in a red T-shirt) is a little bit better than Gwen's - she is nor as strict as the other one. Glad that the girls are happy and relaxed in water. A very good swimming lesson this time!

So very heartwarming to watch the girls having their swimming lessons again! This time with people that know what they are doing! There is no crying and no terror in their little voices! They are talking and enjoying themselves! What a difference!!! Oh so good to see. They are so precious. I have twin grandsons that will be 40 yrs. old Dec. 13th, this reminds me of them at this age, in our pool, learning how to swim! And just as touching because we followed the very same way of feeding them! They ate everything we all ate, until that is, when the other boys at school told them that vegetables are yucky! We had to have a little talk with them and let them know that strong boys ate them! So they had to think it over and talk about it and choose what they wanted to do. They decided they wanted to be big and strong like Grandpa and Daddy! Problem solved! Enjoy them Alicia, they grow so fast, it’s so true. Grandma😊

Wow ! bravo Gwen and Ana 😊😊 They did so very good , and looked so comfortable being in the water. Ana is swimming like a fish already 😊 I think with all the water toys they have at home , they are more comfortable now , and of course mom is there for encouragement ❤ Ana diving off the board and swimming away 😊 It is so important for babies this age to learn to swim and get comfortable in water, it is a safe saver 😊😊

I think it is really fantastic that the girls are being introduced to water so young. I didn't learn to swim until I was 23. It was like a new lease of life when I knew how. My Mom couldn't swim so she unfortunately couldn't teach me. Every time I went near water my Mom would have a screaming fit as she was terrified I would fall in and couldn't save me. The twins will be like little fishes in a year or two lol😍😍.

I was so happy to hear that the water was warm and it looked like a nice calm environment. I see some good two-way communication between instructors and pupils and absolute trust from the twins there. I see Anastasia kicking her legs furiously and Guinevere happily leaning in from the edge to get into the pool. It won't be long until they are both floating and swimming like two little mermaids! I hope this video can be seen by young parents who are wrestling with the decision about whether to enroll their toddlers in swim lessons. Thanks for taking us along, Alicia! 💜💗🧜‍♀🧜‍♀

As usual, my daily video I’ve come accustomed to watching & loving. My mom & dad had a pool built about the time I had my daughter in 1980. We took her to the Y for “Water Babies” class so she could learn to swim. She was just a fish. She loved it. One day we were over at my parents swimming with her aunt & uncle. She was running down the patio & cut the corner a bit too close. She just walked right in to the pools deep end, floated down a little & popped right back up to grab the side. She wasn’t scared or worried at all but by the time she bobbed backed up everyone was there to get her out. It gave me some relief that she knew what to do at 18 months old so it’s good you are teaching them now if they are around a pool a lot.

I worked for years at a YMCA where the taught swimming lessons for all ages. The baby classes had a teacher but the parents were in the water also with the children. The patents were the ones to hold them and did what the teacher taught them. My daughter worked many years doing this. She loved it. If the parents are with them they aren’t afraid

I was so afraid to watch this. I cried for so long at the outdoor lessons, they were so scared! What a wonderful time today. They had FUN! The instructors lovingly, kind, and instilled trust with the angels. Thank you for finding the best solution. Much love as usual!

Alicia, very hard to hear you with the noise in the building(pool filter noise?). So glad the girls are going to be continuing during the winter. My son loved learning to swim around 5 (much older than your girls), it is a gift, for fun times, but lifesaving too!

It was a loud pool area and I was trying to not distract the girls😅 Anastasia was with the lady in the red t-shirt and Guinevere was with the lady in the dark bathing suit💜💜

The warmer water and more quiet (less crowded)pool seems to work wonders. The teachers are so zen. I bet they were good sleepers yesterday! I hope they continue to enjoy swim lessons.

Great job, girls! I think they like this pool better cuz it's heated & the instructors cuz they're not as aggressive with the face dunking. Ana learned really quickly if she doesn't kick kick kick she floats! I don't think she likes to float! Loved 😍 when Guin & Ana were tossing the big ball to each other! You might have 2 future Olympic swimmers 🏊🏊 on your hands, Alicia! 🎉❤🤗🥰 to all!

I think the heated pool made it a lot more comfortable! And Anastasia doesn't like when her ears get wet when she's floating😆🩷🩷

@@barbarabooklund1903 I'm not really a soccer fan, but I'd watch a game if Anastasia played in it. Maybe the girls will play soccer as they get older? It's so funny watching little kids try to play soccer. They just run in tight groups following the ball around the pitch. Yes, I know it's called a pitch and not a field from those cute Xfinity commercials - LOL!

Good job sweet girls. Good job kicking Anna. Guin is still a little apprehensive. But she floated well on her back. Way better lessons this time. Wednesday blessings.
