If I had only listened to the audio without the video, I would have thought he was snorting the damn tea.

Great video, thanks. I´m having a tea this week, and had decided that a Darjeeling would go best with the poppy seed cake I´m making. Video is fine for me, and I´m also on a macbook.

Just found your video, wondering if this might be a repeatable offer later with the next plucking? Love Darjeeling teas and yes they do vary with terroir, varietal and when they were plucked & processed. Cheers!

I from Darjeeling . Muscatel town first flush tea is the best for its aroma and its little expensive. Waiting for handmade white tea review which is very very expensive.

He's slurping it-professional tea tasters slurp tea loudly to get its flavor into their sinuses. The best teas in the world have subtle flavors only detectable in the sinuses.

It is a method used by most tasters (tea and coffee) because it allows more oxygen to be brought into the mouth as one tastes. The added oxygen (and oxidation of the tea) helps to boost the flavor profiles. Next time you make a good tea or coffee try it. It’s subtle but there is a difference for sure

I love teas but I have never like the fruity floral ones. I was given lavender lemon, it was like drinking perfume. It ruined my palate to enjoy the pastries. “Are you sure, this is okay to drink, taste like perfume. I’ve tried green tea from an Asian chef, he was from China and his family ran a mandarin restaurant. The green tea he gave isn’t close to what they have in the grocery stores, they all taste like moldy or mildewy water and the one he gave me taste like earthy clay and fresh tea
