Wow. I feel every word you wrote. I couldn’t even talk about what I was experiencing with my friends because I knew they wouldn’t understand. I reconnected with an old friend from high school and for some reason I believed I could share what I was experiencing with her without judgment. When I told her what I believed was happening, she told me that the same things were happening to her when she met her partner. They experienced a 7 year separation before they came together. When I made the decision to share my experience with her I didn’t even consider the possibility that she and her partner were twins, but after we spoke it was so obvious that I couldn’t believe I didn’t think about it before.

I love that Mel reminds everyone to focus within & obtain a good sense of self love whilst not becoming obsessed over the idea of romantic love & relationships. Popular media has always placed intense focus & interest on romance. I think this influences younger people to think about those kinds of relationships before they've even had the chance to mature to the point where they have the proper mindset & perspectives to understand those concepts. They lose the understanding that self love must come first, because if you can't love yourself then you can't properly share love with others.

we can only listen to our own inner guidance, Source, the Universe unconditional love is not of this realm of matter. The me cannot love . we shall shatter all our ideas around it, love is not a " thing". It cannot be described, so many have tried and therefore the confusion, we have to go beyond the words, any word..........not only said by others but mainly by ourselves, there is no way out..........the " doing" is almost a none doing

I’ve been on my journey for 10 months. I was so obsessed with doing things wrong/right that I constantly stayed online studying the twin flame concept. When I finally let go and switched my focus to Source and Self things started to shift. I saw that I was being Divinely Guided on this journey. My DM returned and through a conversation he realized our connection which was the beginning of his awakening. No we are not in physical union but the best thing I’ve done was stopped seeking answers outside myself.

I love the way you deceive your heart chakra activation. I had a similar experience. I was in bed about to fall asleep and all of a sudden, it felt like I was spinning. And then suddenly the spinning stopped and at that moment a loud crack of thunder boomed and the wind outside began blowing very loudly. It was like a tornado. I got out of bed and told my parents who had already come out of their room to look out the window at the storm brewing. I told them what happened prior to the storm starting. The next day my dad inspected the house and he said the shingles above my bedroom had blown off. After that day, I could feel the connection I had with all of the world and I had huge amounts of love energy flowing through my spine. It was pure bliss. The person I think activated this awakening was revealed to me in a series of strange occurrences which included time slowing down as it in slow motion. That was three years ago. We are not in physical union but I do feel this person activated something in me. Things have since mellowed out. I am able to feel when my energy is blocked and I experience pain inside of my body when it is blocked. As well as popping sensations of my joints, spine, hips, shoulder sockets. This began about 1 year and a half ago. This spiritual journey has been interesting but I feel it’s teaching me balance and true self love and connection rather than seeking it outside myself.

Mel, I got to know I was a Twin when I watched one of your videos 11 years ago. Back then I had my first kundalini awakening with a false twin. It was a toxic relationship i had stayed too long. Back then the label wasn't even popular. I stopped researching anything about TF when we broke up and tossed the label aside. I cut off all contact with the divine but the Higher Self will come back always and make me do the work. I met another heart catalyst who was just like a twin, except I wasn't attracted to him. This year, I merged with my TF in spirit. I'm never one to follow what others say about TF and mostly resonated with you. When you're a true twin you follow your own path. You just know because you already are your soul, your Higher wisdom. Nowadays the internet is full of twin flames wannabe. It's very sad and sometimes even feel unfair because I did so much work incarnating and never even met my twin physically. And these KZreadrs make their union look so appealing and commercialized like a Kim Kardashian type of telenovela. I have ditched the labels many times but this time I am guided by my Oversoul to use the label. Our journey are all very different. For those of you in union with your twin or even had the chance to know them even when you aren't in union, know that you are incredibly blessed. You're always in union in spirit.

For my experience you can call it a twin flame but all I know is I feel an intense magnetic connection to someone that I feel I need to communicate with for some reason. I feel like I've become almost whole in my life and know that I want to be with this person not just because they are attractive or because of the intense sexual attraction but... i I feel this person I've known before, I feel they're emotions and I can see right through them like like a window. I feel they have awakened my passion but I only think it will enhance when I'm with him. It's not an obsession but I cant stop thinking about this person all day long. It feels so damn good and all i know is... I just have a knowing I need to be with him and I experience him within me without even seeing him.... my mind is blown .

It is hard being different. It is a lonely journey. Twin Flames are supposedly a set of magic words that not many people dare to include in their vocabularies. It belongs to a realm that is not for the faint hearted. It is heart breaking to see the Twin Flames label is continuously being claimed, advised, talked about and cheapened out by people who are NOT even on the journey. That’s the only reason why I don’t like labeling.

wanished gone I don’t understand what you mean. I don’t think it has anything to do with control. Sometimes labels are important. Just to give something a definition. For people who are new. But the danger these days is, that people giving those labels their own definition based on their own personal experiences. Which is an over simplification and degradation of the label itself. And automatically lowering its frequency. While on the other hand this type of soul journey has to so many layers and depth that not many people have the capacity to go to. Even celebrities these days consider themselves for having Twin Flames😂 Control? I don’t think so. Self Sabotage? Yes.

I mean the control of the mind, labels are handy just in the speech to one another. But for most people they seem to have taken over and we have identified each other with them. Thought is our own enemy there are no other enemies. The outside cannot touch us unless we allow it, triggers are everywhere yet what they really mean is to show us our reflections, they help us to stop reacting by watching our reactions at play, as soon as we see them they fall away and naturally we " get" higher. It's so simple and so mysterious at the same time, all of a sudden we find ourselves enjoying each and everything in our lives no more waisting energy in thoughts it all becomes clear. Love is always here and waits to be seen. So we see.............

This was deep as shit, Mel! You and your lady were fortunate to connect and grow. Most of us are NOT that blessed. This ride has been hellishly tumultuous and wasn’t asked for. Most females are recognizing that it is one of the most difficult paths to be on. Many think it’s about love and romance... total BULLSHIT‼️ The Connection is about serving the greater good. I figured this out early in life. Now I’m a senior and totally get it without reservation. Service... no problem. What is confusing and annoying is being paired with the most stubborn pig headed egotistical individual on the planet. I had no fixed notions about love or relationships. I’m pretty fluid emotionally and two divorces enforced this. For me it is about the mission and since the other is not interested in doing the mission; I am driven to go forward. There are so many beautiful experiences to be had in service to others. I agree, many limit their heart and minds. I’m open to the Will of Heaven and they know this. I’m not bitter as so many are about not having a relationship. It is NOT the primary focus and if one doesn’t love oneself; one can’t help others... PERIOD!!

Yeah ... One must rely on him/herself. As I mentioned on your last video I had my own experience without knowing anything about this term of Twin Flames, not to mention that now I can see I had it 10 years ago but this new one is so intense that it burns my soul ... anyway ... I decided to end it with him and when I did I told some friends about the story, during the past months I have been listening to their opinions but weeks ago I noticed how their opinion had been deviating me from my own belief. They were and still are fascinated by the whole story and what they were pushing my mind to, was a relationship which was against my original belief. I never wanted to be in a relationship with this man as a primary wish. Even when I ended it with him by giving him some letters (which I somehow took my words back officially even tho we never talked after that), I was not looking for a relationship. Ever since I have stopped talking to my friends about my feelings and my way of thinking about this special person, I feel lighter and more focused. Also I started therapy sessions back when I did nt know anything about it. The sessions continued even after I found the term on KZread .... I can remember 2 months ago which was 6 months after I gave my twin the letters, my therapist said " Soon you will realize how much energy you need to consume to make this person alive in your mind, and you will forget him. This is the process of forgetting". I did nt say anything , because at that time I knew it was pointless to prove it to her or anyone else that this person is vivid and warm in my mind effortlessly.

I was experiencing the profound Twin Soul/Flame journey for 4 years before I ever even heard the words "Twin Flame" ! and another 3 years after that before I began listening to other peoples conceptions. I mostly watch videos to see others’ point of view. The good thing is I won’t be influenced with everything I hear. I remember how my mom struggled with teaching me about Islam when I was 7 because I couldn’t digest it and I argued a lot about it and I questioned everything I was told. I still haven’t settled with one truth. Still growing and exploring :)

Hi Mel, thank you for your example and guidance. I've allways known that there was more to it than a simple relationship, the love is so overwhelming that if we want to live with it here it doesn't fit in any of the existing relationships but at the same time is all of them at once.... Hi Mel, I wanted to say thank you for posting this today. My journey has been a long one and I have resisted labeling it. We were together for 5 years when we were very young and it was entirely my doing that we parted. I married someone else for 20 years. During that time he dated a much younger woman for about 1 year and, as far as I am aware, was on his own for the rest. I finally started waking up 5 years ago. We are both available and still live in the same city. I wish he could forgive me and trust me again. I feel I've grown up a lot. My hear chakra (so my friend tells me) opened this year - it was very painful, physically and spiritually, and did involve some stuff that seemed to be telling me this 3D world around us is not all there is to it (I've always been a skeptic, but it was a powerful experience). I know I'm supposed to focus/work on my own life right now and "let it flow", but there are moments when I'm sad, desperate, or down on myself. Mel thank you thank you thank you!! ....i am one of those who have searched the internet over and over!!! ...i met my Twin Flame 7 years ago...much too-ing and fro-ing and explosives along the way...i’d never heard of the Twin Flame connection until my Twin told me he thought we were- in 2018. We are no longer together and a painful parting...but my goodness- i have changed and grown and things have especially speeded up this past year...i’ve been working with fear and meeting my shadows and when you spoke of how this is an individual journey- my heart and whole body responded.. Yes!! ...i don’t have all the answers, i don’t understand what is happening but i do know that all the beautiful and sometimes scary things i’m experiencing- are part of something greater, some things i’m just knowing how to do, re-membering perhaps... There are times i sure wish i could go back and be ‘normal’ but if i’m truly honest, i’ve never been ‘normal’ and although i do still get caught up in painful resentments and anger when i think of the pain experienced in my Twin Flame connection- i know on every level that its because of this connection that my life has changed in ways i could never have imagined...i am here to serve, and when things get crazy and tough...that is what pulls me back up to keep me going and with each heart break i feel in the world during this time- this heart manages to grow and mend that little bit stronger and bigger with each rip and tear... i’m very glad to have found you. Thankyou, your awsome, my twin ran away before I even figured out the twin thing, i researched it because i couldn't get him out of my mind and also was feeling his moods and astro traveling and talking to him in the 5D, so i was like this is weird, and started looking into it and discovered the TF thing, my gifts have exploded, my current guy doesn't understand and it scares him, hes not open to it at all and only a couple friends to talk to about it who don't think im all crazy pants,, this is a sad and lonely ride for me, and i dont even know why my twin ghosted, we had all fun times together it was amazing, then he was gone and i was blocked out of his life on every aspect, i miss and think about every minute we had together and why did he leave and not feel the same way i do, I'm having to do this journey alone 🥺☹

My daughter met her Twin 4 months after I did. She said being near him was to intence and she just wanted to get in her car and drive as far away from him as possible, he triggered her big time. Mine did too but i was ready to do the work, she's not ready to do the work on herself yet, it's hard work to change the Ego self as it's designed to preserve itself until you push through all that pain to recreate the new Ego self and then it will perverse that new higher conscience. She won't even talk about her Twin, she won't talk to me about my Twin who she has added on her Intergram to keep an eye on him, I never asked her too, but she's watching my Twin to avoid her own Twin Flame connection. I focus on me as much as i can, but im still avoiding what I need to heal and do that comes up sometimes because my Twin is avoiding me. Focusing on anything other than you is just avoiding, which is what your Twin is reflecting back to you. Hope this has helped.

@@jodil2638 what has your Twin triggered in you? TWIN FLAME HEALERS on KZread are good to watch. This journey isn't easy, isn't ment to be. I cry nearly everyday when i think about my Twin but then i remember why we arint in Union yet from the 5D prospective and I feel better and carry on with what I have to do and he's doing what he's ment to be doing, which is for our Souls growth, all of this we both agreed to do. I have become conscious first of it, he still in 3D, all by design. It takes some time adjusting to the 5D consciousness, I've been doing this for 12 years and 1 year as a Twin. You have to get your head around the real reason you met your Twin, it wasn't for fun or romance etc, was to help change humanity, to help heal the planet by healing and loving ourselfs, it's bigger than we can think, literally. Humans don't realize why we are even on Earth, it's way more than what people think. Just know you are worthy, loved and appreciated so much for volunteering to do this, it's a big job you have taken on. 🥰🥰

well I know I have rejection issues, I was put up for adoption as a baby, bullied and rejected in school my entire childhood, and rejected and cheated on by every boyfriend from a teen up til meeting my twin in 2017, and he was in and out of my life cheating then ghosted almost 2 yrs ago, another DM was sent to me immediately, not my twin but he is a twin, and he completely accepts me but I have to deal with his addiction issues etc... i wasnt saved from any of this lol but i know I had to awaken him and learn something from each other, hes the 1st guy to actually understand me and except me 💕 I still desire my real twin, every single day tho

@@jodil2638 ok, now you have your answer, you have to heal your rejection and abandonment pain, your Twin is mirroring this back to you, that's his job, mine is doing the same thing to me. When we met I knew something felt familular, just the way he was acting, hot then cold. I realized a week later his behaviour reminded me of my mum who rejected me, then when I was 18 let me back into her life only to reject me again, and then let me back in my 40's only to reject me again so I walked away unaware that that wasn't going to fix me. So I have this fear of people coming and going and that's what I've been playing out in nearly every relationship but with my Twin it felt 10 times worse, by design so I go do the work. After months and months of meditation, watching KZread, and Googling Twin Flame connection I finally paid money and went to an Energy Healer, was so worth it, the pain has subsided alot and I will be doing it again. We have a deep unconscious belief that plays out over and over until we release that belief sysyem, Template, and our twin can't come toward us again until we do. I hope I'm helping you, I know how painful this is, I miss my Twin too, but I know it's really important for us to heal our childhood/adult wounds first ok. Your not alone sweetheart, we are in this together, all of us. 🥰

My order is a bit different. I know you mentioned that there is no order. I bumped into the unconditional love in 2015. Heart centre awakening in 2016. I didn't aware of all these until mid 2019 when I am awaken. End of 2019 or early 2020, I got the kundunili energy all over. I can kind of channeling, for example, when I think of something, I can see 1111 or I am shivering. I can now remember some of my dream even though I don't know why. Things start missing...Mainly metal things...Need to clear my house...The most difficult task in the world.....

I'm trying not to be influenced by you today & every message Mel... lol! But after 2 years... I have to say you are still my go-to-guru on the subject & your messages often resonate with my similar thoughts... I know you just "tell it like it is"... I appreciate your honesty as I know most people do... sometimes I agree with you & a few times not.... lol, well on 99% of most topics... some would be up for some more good debate... lol, but as you said & as I've intuitively thought these past two years of my realization of TFs, that although we have similar qualities that make us unique partnerships, different from the usual one... as TF couples we also all have our own unique couple traits & the journey of each couple... so although we can all emphasize with our unique connection, we must all keep in mind... that we are all going down our own unique personal road as individuals & our own unique journey as a couple with or without them in the journey at certain times & to not keep comparing ourselves to others, empathize yes, compare no! And one thing that I realized hugely recently when, "I took a break" aprox. 2 weeks ago for 10 days from watching no other TF videos... I only watch a few TF readers now in a week... just to see if we are somewhat collectively resonating... but not watching daily now... only when pulled to the message strongly... like yours today, lol... & only with the ones I do resonate with or resonate with me... lol! If I stay away from hearing other TF messages online... the very truth.... my DM comes closer to me telepathically, it's like our channel widens to each other, it becomes stronger & a more clearer path to each other everytime I do this... been tested by me... with no other energy interference in the mind... our telepathy is like wow... we do know each other but we are separated at the moment by countries... we are only friends who have hugged touched in a friendly way in 6 years... I have been in & out of his country over the past years due to my job, we have a very strong energy connection when we are apart locally or even more strong when physically separated internationally! Maybe one day we will have more together... I know we both hope... we've been working on being our own best individual selves for now... & also one day we hope to meet you when he comes to visit me here in Ontario! In saying that, I teach nothing in regards to tf. I teach healing in the body via pressure points. So iv taken my knowledge with what I learned in tf journey and using it in body healing. So I see where trauma held in the body, and use tools to bring this trauma up to be released.
