Twin Dual Prop 350 Suzuki's Vs Twin 300 Yamaha's On Same Boat ! (Carrera 32)
Спорт
Al Giz from Carrera Powerboats has built a fantastic team and great boats. Today we run with Anthony Rosado and Steven two identical hulls with different Outboard setups. The 300 Yamaha's are under powered by 100 hp vs the twin dual Prop Suzuki's.
I'm not affiliated with either brand so the results are what you see.
We launch both boats out of Black Point Marina where I film the Chit Show.

Those suzukis coming out the hole making that U turn was incredible video!
Alfred , since you want to do the Yamaha 350 and Honda 350 I say you gotta include the Mercury 350 V10 also
Good to see them Carrera boys again. I'm still liking that 21 flat cat.
Alfred is a star the best advice anywhere. I’ve seen shows for years very real everything great showman
Both of those engines are a win for who ever owns one!! I have Suzuki on my boats. What I loved most was those Carreras. They are gorgeous hulls. Love your boat reviews Alfred spot on !! Keep up the great work!!
Captain Lance has some strong motors on his boat
Beautiful boats mate thanks for your vid love from Australia.
I love the looks and the performance of Carrera Boats they are my favorite
I have the Yamaha 300 with digital steering and shift. Awesome! It’s a single but pushes my Scout 240 Dorado to 54 mph with 4 people onboard. Very happy with the motor.
Astonishing Boat
Alfred, Me and my wife Mary Sue Met you at the 2023 Miami Boat Show, there were 3 couples of us at the Grady White Booth and we took a group photo with you. Thanks for taking the time, it was a special moment for us all. Though this is the first time I've ever commented doesn't mean I haven't been watching. Keep the videos coming, we love watching.

Thanks Henry!
i have a 70 hp suzuki on my 17foot boston whaler i love it
I'm surprised by this! Great video comparison. 27:06 Only saw 5600 rpm on zukes tho in the footage. They redline at 6300 so something is off? He said he was running 19's and wanted to prop up to 21's? No way bro. Prop down to get max rpm.
Yamaha es Yamaha pero le voy a dar el voto al de los zukes porque tenía puesto a "inmigrant song" de ZEPP y quien puede contra eso😁😁😁
Help me understand why they put the new yama 300s and didnt go with the full digital steering?
I like my top end way more than my hole shot!
Being poor like I am. Horsepower and price being considered I want those Suz.

Money aside.. the zuk’s are the best choice unless you want a “race” motor
I have nothing and wish I was Alfred.
Zuzukis one the first outboards engines along with yamahas in the 60's . Both are good and reliable. Mercurys good as well, since the 30's probably but not as reliable as the zuks abd the yamis.
I remember the video where the older Carrera owner dressed up as a priest on the sunk Verado on the flatcat.
Are the engines gonna fall off ?
Yep those suzukis just don't have the torque to swing the twin props effectively, plus they are too heavy. Absolutely smoked by the yammys....
those 100hp extra on the sukis means nothing the motors are extremely heavy
Yamaha
I re powered my boat from twin mercury to Suzuki, Suzuki outperformed Mercury on all levels

I highly doubt that if mercury is known for something its performance

You try and convince yourself because your all ready invested in Suzuki, I’ve done the same on different things, once I own it it’s allways the best ✌️I own Mercury Sports XS 225 on my Bullet bass boat, but if I told the truth I would rather have a Evinrude, Evinrude has allways been my favorite outboard!

Mercury always having issues!
Suzuki boat was at complete dead stop and the Yamaha boat was already in gear and moving. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
both slow and heavy as fuck
Anything other than MERCURY is just a waste of money.

Maybe if they were reliable enough it would have been a closer race.
