Cool fact: Apparently in the original Twilight script, the adaptation to have vampires sparkle in the sunlight was taken from the idea that vampires can glow under the moonlight, specifically during the Harvest Moon period, and they were going to have certain vampires glow in different colors, Edward was originally set to glow blue, and the title was going to be Blue Harvest, which not many people know but it was the original working title for Star Wars.

The Previously On was so great and perfectly timed. Just as they're describing how they didn't talk about the plot or whether they liked The Santa Clause, it cuts to James describing himself entering a Denny's

I do see why people could be upset, but I consider how many years of free laughs I've gotten from them and weigh that against 1 questionable swing (and miss) at humor and I think everyone can recall a time where they misjudged a situation. For the record, I'm not upset about it but I obviously don't speak for everyone. These guys are good dudes and this was a miscalculation at worst. Intent is important and these guys aren't clickbaity or manipulative. But obviously you're more than entitled to do whatever you want, that's a risk they took in doing this.

I mean… for Heath Ledger’s performance alone… Well done, boys.

Gotham looks amazing in Batman Begins. The narrows, the monorail, Wayne Tower, the steam and rain. Even some of the buildings look old. This is why it disappoints me that in the next two films of the trilogy they stripped Gotham of any uniqueness and just made it look like Chicago. That being said, what a great look at an amazing film and I'm looking forward to next week when yall take a look at The Dark Knight.

I love how Christopher Nolan leaned more into the darker, more emotional aspect of the character in this movie (being based in part on frank miller's The Dark Knight Returns), in particular the duality between the bat and the man and how that drives the story

One thing I want to know, because I was subjected to this movie on a date and dammit, I deserve an answer, the Cullens get Bella to umpire their game of Stupid Baseball, but if they're running and hitting and pitching so fast she can't follow what's going on, how the hell is she supposed to umpire the game?!? HOW?!?

What do you mean? It's Batman Begins. Just like the title says

I keep waiting for them to be like, “haha this was all a joke, it IS batman” but they just… keep talking about twilight

Over 8 minutes before James refers to a vampire as A Dracula. Impressive restraint.
