“Moonlight Sunrise” is played on public transportation, Muni 14R Mission Rapid Bus (To Ferry Plaza), SamTrans 130 Bus (To South City Linden Ave. or Oyster Point) and WestCat LYNX Bus (To Hercules Transit Center).
For Muni: Played whenever there is a major delay on BART that affects the Downtown SF stations.
For SamTrans: Anytime
For WestCat: Played either before or during the PM commute.
Commute hours are considered at the following times (which also applies with Carpool Lane enforcement hours in the Bay Area):
AM commute: 5am-10am
PM commute: 3pm-7pm
