I know a few you can start with to see some of her rapping skills - Better, Chillax, Fake & True, Fanfare, Strawberry Moon, etc. But the best TWICE rap ever was in Precious Love. Both Dahyun and Chaeyoung rapped continuously for about 20 secs at a fast pace. Definitely the best TWICE rap performance. Precious Love a must listen. There are more but I can't remember much now.

Can't wait for the time when finally she's released a solo single, the moment when she's spitting bars for the entire song would be the amazing views to watch.

People seem to forget that Chaeyoung was one of the biggest threats for the other girls during Sixteen. She writes her own raps, she's a stable singer, she has stage presence and she's a good dancer. Its sad that after Twice debuted Chaeng became somewhat underrated among the other girls. She really deserves MORE appreciation still wonder why she is so underrated. she has everything (well maybe except jokes #nojam). visual, rap, vocal, acting, charisma, other talents (drawing, songwritting, etc). she can pull off both sexy and cute concept. please open your eyes for Son Chaeyoung.. What I don’t think people realise whether they watched Sixteen or not, Chaeyoung was definitely the most talented, now it’s all fun and games because they’ve debuted but back in the competition Chaeyoung stayed in Major for the longest and everyone was afraid to take her on and pretty much only lost to Jihyo, barely. JYP said she would’ve won if it was anyone else but Jihyo..she’s pretty much the 2nd best out of 16 really talented people.. she's more confident when she rap fast,, if twice was given a song where chaeyoung could REALLY, REALLY rap, she would SMOKE a lot of the female rappers in the 3rd gen. no question.

Her, Jihyo, and Momo are really stand outs in their respective fields.

Oh man, it's so sad. She rarely gets to shine in twice. She is SO incredibly talented, she is definitely the best singer after Jihyo, Nayeon and jeongyeon, with a little training she could easily become a lead vocal. She's the main rapper and one of the very few female idol rappers that actually write her own rap lyrics, but barely gets to rap. And she is also an amazing dancer, in her predebut practicing videos etc. When she gives it her all, you can see how naturally she moves. I feel like back in sixteen she was the most complimented member, she stayed in major most of the time, so she was confident. But now in Twice she's one of the least popular members, and she knows this, so she seem to have lost her confidence in her skills, and on stage. I just hope she's happy, that's all that matters.

The fact that chae wrote all of her raps in sixteen, even in cover songs like greedy and daring woman made me respect her more. She's definitely a rapper not just an 'idol'rapper/performer. I have a huge respect to rappers who write their own verses. Yes, rapper needs to write their own verses, it is an important part of a hiphop culture. Rap stands for rhythm and poetry, some idols are good at rapping yes, but i will never respect them as much as i respect rappers who write their own raps.

I agree with you. There's a difference between someone who raps and a rapper. Chaeyoung is a rapper because she has the passion and she also writes her own verses. Idol rappers are just made to rap for the sake of it, but Chaeyoung actually chose to be a rapper which makes her different from most idols.

What is special about Chae is that not only is she a great rapper but she also has a really sweet singing voice too. Not to mention the deepest most beautiful eyes in Korea.

Just finding Twice in 2023. My first impression of Chaeyoung was that she was mainly there to be cute. I had no idea she had this fierce rapper side. Maybe i got distracted by her cutesy styling and the more pop vibes of recent songs. I'll be watching for the rap parts much closer now. Total respect for this talented woman. Chaeyoung really shines whenever she does anything on her own. Let her write/produce and arrange and it will slay. Maybe some coaching on producing. Her writing tells a story. Ex. rap on "Work","Honey" and some vocal lines are well-written too. Often "writing " is too loosely defined. She makes the words meaningful and they paint a picture. At her age she is progressing really well. I think when she is free,she comes up with great stuff. Everything about her shouts artist. From what she wears to how she communicates. It's always when she's by herself tho. Her personal interviews are always interesting. She is very thoughtful And cerebral. It's really nice when her members recognize what she is capable of bcuz she is usually shy,shy,shy to stand up and take what she deserves. I guess it's nice that she is modest. Yea Chaeyoung is SO talented but some Once's just don't want to see it. She is an incredible rapper, an excellent singer and a good dancer. She also writes her raps which makes me respect her more than other rappers in the industry. And while many write their lyrics, Chaeyoung's song writing skills are on another level. She uses her innovation and expresses her own feeling through her lyrics, most people when writing lyrics just write it in the same old way, in a way that would fit the song but Chaeyoung is different when it comes to her lyrics. She is a very artsy, creative person.

unovatrainerwhite mains aren’t necessarily supposed to get the most lines (vocal and rap) they’re just supposed to get the more difficult lines. Dahyun doesn’t have that many lines either and she’s the lead rapper so she still should get rap lines. Yeah, Chaeyoung deserves more rap lines but you can ask for them without saying Dahyun deserves less

like i know she actually loves both her group and her fans, but i truly wonder sometimes where the confidence and shine she had at SIXTEEN like she was so perfect and ready for the career at 16 and she's such a different person now. i love her at all stages, she's my bias, but i am CRAVING some confident ass stage presence from her, i wanna see her legitimately shining on stage and getting more half and half rap verses with dahyun

The most amazing is she writes her own rap. I know some of you will say "she's not a rapper, she's a songwriter" but a rapper writes their own verses, RAP stands for rhythm and poetry. Some other fans say "she can write her own raps but she doesnt have a rapper skills" y'all noob and deaf, if a rapper write their own raps they will practice it until they perfect it thats one of their advantages, she has cadency, flow, charisma and all of her verses have rhymes(and its hard to make raps with a rhyme). She's been writing her raps since she was trainee, she also arranged songs at the age of 17(korean age). It's also hard to make a rap verse when you are doing cover cause you need to connect it to the whole song. Chaeyoung is such a talented person since trainee, no one can beat her. She's a rapper not an IDOL rapper.

Maybe not today but someday she's gonna get what she deserves. Wait n watch 🎆🎆🎆
