How was the venue?

Light lowkey one of my favourite players to watch. For the loyalty to a single character (Tweek being the exact opposite), the sheer consistency at top level and obviously the entertaining, fast and explosive playstyle. Always a blast to watch him, I'm really happy he had a big win like that, especially when you know how much he loathes Wario haha.

Fox continued to work with light in this game, but character loyalty is dumb as hell. You should always stick with your archetype and those don’t always stay the same throughout games, IE peach being a punish game centralized character in melee to being a combo based character in this game.

ethan bradberry Tf fox is not a combo character he’s a rush down bait and punish character that relies on constant pressure and mix ups. Not saying he doesn’t have combos but a good fox can win a match without hitting any since most of them aren’t true in the first place.

Tweek was seed 5 and Samsora seed 4, and considering the recent results of both those seed were more than honest: they meet in winner quarter which is where they were projected. He was more unfortunate to meet Light in loser because he got upset too soon by Elegant.

Someone please explain to me what kind of setup is taking place on the table. It looks like two switches and two adapters, but only one console docked. There's a mystery box in the center and in some angles it looks like there's an enormous wireless antenna. I haven't attended a tournament of this size so I don't know if they do wireless.

He switched back to wario felt like the character was figured out. Its also probably super stressful playing three characters in one. That means tweek has to play a matchup 3 different ways because PT is such a layered character.

DeQuann Dillard that’s true, but because of the 3 characters that means that the opponent has 3 matchups to account for with just one character. And that’s not even accounting for tweek’s wario, wolf, etc

Game one I was just thinking to myself "Light's doing really well, I can tell he's getting better. I like Light, he's doing well, getting better, and we both play Fox. One of the players I like." Then he taunted instead of getting ready for the ledge trap and I was like "If Light loses because of that, I won't feel bad. That'll learn him some respect".

Nonnolaser Tweek, Dabuz and Nairo all finished at 9th place, and they all get eliminated just after the lose in the winners side before top 8, just seems quite crucial for sometimes. I honestly think Nairo and Tweek has a chance to enter top 8 but it is also unexpected that Light and Glutonny are too early in the losers side, they have such an amazing run.
