its my first time trying blurrr and my clip is speded up when i export it in project i dont know what to do because if i slow it down the velocity wont work + in your video the clip isnt speded up i dont understand

Hey I've a doubt regarding edits on tiktok, what ratio should i edit on? I've noticed that all edits are 4:3 ratio i think? Or 1:1? I haven't used tiktok for a long while and id really appreciate if someone could cleary doubt ^^
