I think they will do a new one, because the army bomb was for map of the soul 7 album and it was for the tour in 2020, that unfortunately didn’t happen because of corona. The old army bomb version 3 is really old and it looks old. I thinks they will do a version 4/5.

Hi there! The QR Survey, when scanned, will either take you to the app store to download Weverse Shop app or open up the app for you to take the survey. After taking the survey they will gift you an emblem as well as points for Weverse Shop Cash that can be used towards future purchases on the app ^^

@@johnnydepp6907 when you go onto the weverse shop it should say merch once you open the app.(make sure you’re on the kpop group you want to buy merchandise from) On the merch section scroll down a bit and it should say “See more”, click on that and at the top of the merch section it should say “All” and other things as well. Scroll down and you should see where it says “Official Merch”. Click on that and you should see the light sticks there :D If you’re still confused give me one of your socials to send you a visual example!! Hope this helps!! Oh and currently the lightsticks are sold out so you’ll have to wait until they restock.

How do I change the currency to US? I am trying to get a ticket for the concert tomorrow using my IPad. I initially clicked USA and BTS but I got a reply saying I had to use Global. I was all set until only Korean options showed up for payments. I downloaded the Weverse Shop App to purchase the tickets but I don’t see any tab to change the currency setting to USD. Help?

Hello! Before you head to checkout, you can change your currency on Global Shop by going to MORE > CURRENCY > USD > SAVE CHANGES! We also show a tutorial of that at the 1:42 timestamp!^^ We hope this helps :)

I purchased the Army Membership and just realized that my email for weverse and weverse shop are different. When purchasing the membership, instructions said make sure your ID's were the same. Is ID mean email address? Is this why I can't access the membership content on weverse? Is there a way to fix or am I just out $22.

Hello! Apologies for the late response. It really depends on the product and where you live. If its an item that's still in pre-order, the date they begin shipping will be listed on the product information page. Based on past experience it usually takes anywhere from a week to 3 weeks from the time they ship the item out.

You can buy an ARMY bomb with out the membership, however that ARMY bomb is sold out and the only one available is the SE, which can only be bought with a membership.

I purchased the BTS Army membership on June 14th, I am not sure when my memebership is coming, How long does it usually take for the memebership to arrive?

Since you ordered in the summer, it should arrive in the fall so hopefully in a couple weeks up until end of fall! Please do note that there may also be heavy delay due to COVID-19!

Hello! Unfortunately we're not sure; however, according to Weverse Shop's FAQ, you can check if the product can be shipped to you via the selected product's information page. So when you open Weverse Shop Global, select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and it should indicate whether it can be shipped to your address or not. If the debit gift card is a visa or mastercard you should be able to through PayPal!

Since I'm in Italy.. I will pay with the euro just in the sense that in my card I put the money with the euro and they will take the money with the euro but with a lower figure since the euro is worth more or they will take the same amount also in euros?someone can answer me please 😟

You can buy more than one item at once and on;y pay one time shipping fee! However, if the items are from different collections you'll need to checkout/buy them separately When you add the items into your card and then view it, it'll either show one check out button or multiple~

Hello! It should be the step similar to timestamp 2:46, there may be an extra checkmark within the terms & conditions as well! Hello! In order to have the membership be under her name, the Weverse Shop account will need to be created under your daughter's name and during the membership sign-up process the information inputted should be hers as well. Only the payment info will be the credit card holder's information

You don’t need Weverse cash to purchase an item. You gain Weverse cash as you make orders. You can pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal.

Weverse did have restrictions. To make sure if your area is receiving deliveries from Weverse you would just need to update your address and try purchasing. It will let you know if it’s possible.

It only has the option for PayPal or credit/debit card. If you have PayPal it will allow you to add a bank account.

Hello! Apologies for the late response, the only place that sells the version 3 and special edition ARMY Bomb lightsticks officially is Weverse Shop. Big Hit will occasionally restock the light sticks on Weverse Shop, so you will need to check back constantly. Although we don’t recommend purchasing from 3rd party sellers, you may still order at your own discretion.
