Is there a difference in which membership I get? For example, if I am from the USA and purchase the Global membership will it impact how I can get concert tickets in the future? Does the Global or USA membership have any differences in benefits at all? I'm just confused as to why there are multiple memberships, lol. @@ernessayazzie4710 the memberships are the same however if you are in the US you need to purchase your membership from the US or you will not get your membership kit, if you purchase it, from global if you’re in the US. Other than that they are the same.

You don’t necessarily have to buy the membership in order to place an order. Just keep in mind there are some exclusive items only for members.

Thanks for making this video! My name has a hyphen which weverse didn't accept. So I removed the hyphen and replaced it with a space. Will that affect my entrance into offline events when showing my ID?

You may want to update this with the fact that one can ONLY buy the multiview streaming tickets with a Global membership, not US -- thankfully I saw that before buying a membership (which I have yet to do). I do have a question: on your website's tutorial, you say accepted forms of ID include a gov-issued ID, but the Weverse shop ONLY lists a passport or Alien Registration Card as valid IDs. Are you SURE, through personal experience, that gov-issued IDs are also accepted?

Ah, it turned out you CAN use a US membership -- they apparently refer to ALL memberships as being "BTS Global Official Membership", even if you're buying it from the US shop. They should probably say "International" to avoid confusion; when the tickets page said you had to have a "BTS Global Official Membership", to buy the multiview. I thought that meant a membership from the Global shop. 😅 My apologies,-- carry on. :)

Hello! You can definitely buy either one or all of them. That is your choice. Merch box one is no longer available but you can purchase the others if you like.

I have one question that I’m very curious about and was wondering if I can get some help through here! so since covid-19 is still very much out there, I was looking to get into purchasing the USA shop membership, I had global for the past 2 years but with the pandemic going on, I don’t see the point in going for global membership if we won’t get concerts from kpop groups or artists anytime soon. so my question is, will getting army membership from the USA shop limit me from opportunities that the membership GLOBAL shop will have? I very much want to be saving money since weverse raised their shipping so much compared to US where it’s about $15 I believe. if I’m gonna miss out on merch, concerts, fan meetings, etc, just bc I hold a different membership then I might as well go for global. hopefully my explanation makes sense and thank you so much to anyone who reads and answers 💜💜💜

If you are in the US you want to buy the membership from the US shop. However, you can make purchases from either global or US. Shipping is a little higher on Global.

You can still purchase items from the global shop even if you purchase your membership on the IS shop.

I have a question (I tried to get any information but failed so I just ask here) I purchased the old army membership in march due covid-19,they weren't allowed to ship them out till june (I live in germany and normally it takes one to two months when you purchase something from weverse (according to my friend)) I still don't got my membership physically or got any information like: tracking number or anything (but its in my orders and I can see all the membership pictures etc.) do you guys have any idea what I could do or how I could reach the costumer service? thank you guys!

Well I still haven’t got my album and it’s my first time. So like for the customer service. Click on the bottom corner named more. And the there will be an option of customer service and then click and scroll all the way down. And there will something called as shipping. Click on it and u will see many questions. Just click on any questions and there will be an option of contact us. That’s it

on weverse it says “ valid through 01/27/2020 ~ 01/25/2021(KST) “ does that mean i have to renew it or else my membership will end on january 25?

The membership purchase is digital! However, if you would like the ARMY Kit (which includes a physical membership card and some goodies) you will need to purchase that separately~

Weverse Shop is not shipping to certain countries. You can try but if at time of checkout it does not accept your address then it will not ship to your country due to covid restrictions. You would pay at the time of check out.

The membership will always say ordered. It will only say completed when you purchase something and it gets delivered.

No. Just be aware that if you ever win something that requires you to fly to South Korea then you might in the future but it is not required when signing up.
