I have really thin. So thin that it changed from naturally straight to big curls. I tried another method and didn't get the graduated Bob look. I did this method and it gave my flat head some shape. This is going to be my go to method!!!! Thanks!!!!

I cannot thank you enough ❤❤❤. I got a Bob in February (had a photo of a Bob that looked exactly like yours) and went home looking like Dora the Explorer 🙄😒. Didn't dare to go there again, grew out my bangs and tried your method. It's not as precisely (struggled a bit to point cut and even out at the back, so I had to blow dry, check, cut, several times ) but looks incredibly good.

That's my fear as well, going to the salon and ending up like a child's bob. Keeping in mind my square jaw, need the perfect bob and I don't trust strangers with my hair.

I know it's been a while, but as promised, I tried it. I didn't cut it as short as the video showed BUT I LOVVEEE MY RESULTS. My friends say they don't believe that I didn't go to a salon. THANKS AGAIN @@izzyjones7108

Not the easiest style to do on yourself looking at the back of your head in a mirror. Very easy if you have someone doing it for you. Went for it anyway and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome… phew 😅 Thank you Xxxx

Bonjour,c’est une technique à réaliser soi-même très rapidement et pour une cliente il faut une technique de plus professionnelle l’angle gradué à 45° travailler l’arrière du carré (dégradé )ensuite le diagonale avant en vérifiant l’équilibre de chaque côté. Merci pour votre commentaire

How is this NOT diy? Where’s the confusion? It’s literally showing you step by step how to do the cut. If you have basic haircutting skills you should easily be able to replicate this cut- whether on another person, on on your own head. If planning to do this cut on yourself, as with any self cut you just need 2 mirrors and the basic skills to perform a haircut. The sectioning is clear. The cutting steps are clear. The touch up/quality control steps are clear. This is an excellent tutorial.

I’ve been cutting my own hair since 15. Trimmings & easy DIY’s like that. I’m about to try this so I’ll let you know how easy or not it is. I would’ve expected more precise instructions on where to part the hair & whether or not you really do need the thinning scissors. I hope they don’t make too much of a difference. I have none.

Omg that really was hard. You cannot cut on yourself from behind. I have really long hair so I tried holding my hair up in the air and just looking forward in the mirror. Still didn’t work. My hand kept going crooked & I couldn’t measure the hair together before cutting like he did. I took the chance, I didn’t care. But I knew I wouldn’t accomplish it the way he was doing it whether I had short or long hair. So I just winged it my way. Not good but oh well.

There’s an easier way to do this without messing around with sections. Done it on my own hair takes literally 2m
