That cactus is called tuna in Jamaica. We used it for several things but I like to use it to wash my hair. Some people soak it in water overnight and drink it by itself or blend it with egg. I have been watching this channel frequently from inception and I am so impressed with the results of the place. It looks like a tranquil oasis. @diyhouse&farm you created your piece of CA in Ghana. Awesome.

@@abubakaryusuf5211 Yep ,he is the star now , I know Kitty is plotting and planning against Monki Du , how dare they give him all this attention to him .Kitty is about that life as she is the last of many cats E has had since arriving in Ghana and stayed off those Tamale streets. She knew she was living her best life ,eating cooked meals and such ,had a chair in the house she sat in, slept in at times, got regular belly rubs , starring roles in their videos and here comes Du. 😂😂. Yes I have too much time in my hands .

It’s nice to see Vinman narrating and you ES is looking lovely as always. Your new dress wardrobe is stunning. The food and the mangoes looks great. And speaking of mangos, have you heard of amba sauce? It’s like a mango chutney but pickled that has origins in the Middle East that consists of lemon juice, garlic, spices and of course, mangoes that is really delicious. I made it myself for the first time and it’s a miracle turned out well but I’m sure if you make it, it’ll be wonderful. 😃

@@DIYHOUSEANDFARM I was thinking more about this. If you make the handle like a selfie stick, the default position can be short for those who want to sweep in the traditional way. For those who do not want to bend down, they could pull out extra length for the Western way to sweep.

Your meals look very delicious and healthy. I feel like running home to eat more organic foods.

I really love watching your channel but we also need to see your husband cook for you sometimes I always see you providing meals for him and his cousin but how does he outserve you like the Quran says he should?
