Did you have any issues with the sheer heat of the charcoal melting the foil?? I am trying to do the same thing to my old grill but have the standard hole In the bottom of the grill for waste. Concerned about fire.

I did this all summer (new piece of foil each time) and I honestly never had an issue with the foil melting. I typically grill until sunset so roughly about 6 or 7 hours. I used no special type of foil, it was actually a dollar store brand. I just let the coal cool naturally and dispose of everything the next day. Maybe an aluminum pan spread out would be beneficial to you since you may have a larger hole than mine?

What a scrumptious barbecue 😋 that's couch a cool idea to make a gas barbecue to a charcoal grill. Yes please some lovely summer barbecue recipes like some salads and kababs. Yum yum😊❤

Did you watch video? she covered the burner, and in addition it's a burner the chances even if uncovered it would harm it is nil, it's supposed to be on fire ...whatever tho
