Wasn’t sure how this would come together but it actually looked good when finished. Not sure about the mashed potatoes, but the beef part looks delicious. It looks more like an elevated beef Wellington meatloaf especially with the ketchup in gravy!

Now that’s a collab we deserve to see. Also Nick, I hope you can make a video series about building your spice tolerance. I hope you can start off with tasting the Buffalo Wild Wings.

Beautiful! We made a burger wellington in January as we don't have the resources to buy the fillet that goes in one. Like you, we used cheese instead of duxelle (I'm allergic to mushrooms). It turned out delicious!
