1 Abandoned VILLA full of grass. People said it was haunted and the owner sold it to us for $5k. We cleaned and renovated it. There were a lot of people who wanted to buy it back after we cleaned it up and renovated it. Someone offered us $50k. Maybe we'll sell it new at a higher price
