And since then this villa has had no one to take care of it or clean it. Mr. Dat is a child of Mrs. Tam who called us to clean and renovate this villa. Because this is the house where my parents lived since childhood. In the future, I want to renovate this house. Before our eyes, this villa had a lot of weeds and overgrown trees. We will cut the tree and clean up the outside and inside. And we will transform this house to become more airy and cleaner. Please watch this video until the end and you will be satisfied. Que bueno que hayan decidido dar mantenimiento a la hermosa casa . Me dio cierta tristeza ver talados a los árboles que aún daban fruto . Podían haber controlado su crecimiento , quitar la maleza , respetar el arbolado si no representaba peligro .En el primer piso de la casa , en el interior , se pueden apreciar tremendas grietas que involucran paredes y techo . Eso es seguro aún ? Tiene arreglo ? Me gustaría saber ya que por mi parte estoy dando mantenimiento a una casa afectada por la humedad

I bought a house like this 4 years ago. it stood empty for 30 years. totally overgrown. inside and outside 99% the same as this house. it took me 1 year to rebuild and renovate it. beautiful now.

Muy buen trabajo realizan como equipo veo cómo se esfuerzan es mucho trabajo físico deberían alimentarse un poco más y beber agua en su descanso espero sinceramente que les paguen muy bien su trabajo ya que tienen que mantener sus herramientas en excelente estado además del combustible que se requiere.

After cleaning the inside the house it’s looks cleaner n the pathway all the trees remove look clearer but the backyard need to remove all the tall weeds n hope the old woman’s son will renovate n make the house beautiful. The guys did a good work.
