That is a really cool & easy mod. Listening to the intro track, I was reminded of what I learned taking music theory in college. "Bach 'permanently stuns' a kitten everytime you use parallel fifths." I always thought that was dumb, but you have validated my stance today. Stellar writing and playing!

Very cool, Pete. This is the first demo I’ve watched for one of these units and it sounds awesome! I have a ‘76 2203 MV, all stock and I think this would be perfect for that amp. I’ve used a TS-9 in front as a boost for years which works quite well but the noise it adds is not desirable. Thanks again for a nice review!

Thank you Garreth! If you haven’t tried yet, take a 12AT7 in the left position of the HMV2. You’ll find it cleans up very nicely when rolling the volume back on your guitar. That’s how we ship them now. You still get all the gain when you roll back up as well. Try it out sometime and hopefully you’ll enjoy it that much more!
