Brilliant! I like how you used the filter Cutout. I've never thought to adjust that in smart filters. Much better results than I've had in the past.

How you did the last part?
Where can i find this original pic of the lady and where can i find pictures like that one?
only thing i would have added was to use the pen tool to clean up some of those color edges. they are very rough if you zoom in a little.

Good tip! I don't think there's a way clean up the edges that would still work when updating the image in the Smart object, but for a final result that would be a useful step!

@@spoongraphics yay you can just use a couple of quick splines and dab the color and fill into a new layer for skin and clothing. oil paint does the hair just fine

This is my first time using this app and im trying to follow you step by step but I can cause you don't show how to start it the right way by adding the picture
