You don't need to solder there's absolutely no reason to solder you can disconnect a couple things and get the mouse to connect to the phone I'm done it without more than a couple cables that plug into each other maybe three cables if you can't find the right ones but don't solder anything don't ruin anything you don't need to this guy's lying

This video is legit.. i raged and broke my cheap otg connector , since i have a soldering iron i tried to make it and it works.(its durable than my cheap one)

It isn't possible bro... Because in the white connecter 5 points are present not 4 .. ( and connected wire only 4 in numbers )

incredible tutoria! I think why all cables don't are OTG? It's just a soldering point

I can confirm that this works. However you should probably use a copper wire to connect the contacts instead of soldiering the tip and making it not fit in the case

Great video, bro!

I made one OTG cable today following your video.I have 2 HTC mobiles (the HTC Desire HD A9191 and the HTC PN071).But strangely, it only worked on the PN071 !! weird !! On the other one there was no 5volts supply - only 0.7volts. Both mobiles have the same micro 5 pin USB socket in them and both use the same charger plug/cable. Anyone have any ideas ?
