German kebabs are far better than UK kebab. The meat is better quality, the bread is fresher, the salads are fresher. Over here in London, the kebabs are only mediocre.
I wish Germany was still German.

Maybe, using gloves, masks, and head covers make this a bit safer for the customers.
That is a quality Döner Kebab with real meat, not the minced one. And self made bread. Have to find that one.
Shawarma is bastardized version of doner it can be anything. German döner is a great sandwich with salad and sauce. Turkish doner is expensive and focuses on taste of the meat with minimal amount of condiments, served on a plate. Turkish wraps and sandwich doners are still mostly meat with some pickles and few fries, no sauce or whatsoever.
