Turkish food really is good. I went to a Turkish restaurant just the other day and the food was amazing. The only downside is their food isn't spicy at all if you like hot food

Im lebanese, which is close enough to turkey. During their occupation we got a lot of their recipes. And lemme just say, ayran yogurt has to be the most refreshing thing and lightest beverage you will ever drink. Its like air slipping through your throat.

Yep... you can get chip butties pretty much at any fish and chip/ independent fast food joint. It's not just the "fries in bread" combo, these Turkish "fries" look very similar to the thicker-cut, iconic British chip than standard French Fries - hence it being instantly recognisable to us!

How is this not more known?? In morocco this is the norm. You can get the pries separate from the sandwhich (stands btw) or have the fries inside the sandwhich.
