2 cups of buttermilk or yogurt , , , , Bitter flake Red pepper, , , ,

I was thinking if it's okay to replace the ground fat with chicken fat that is more commonly available in my country or should I try and find mixed minced fat or beef fat? All the best!

    Amazing stuff. Didn't realize how different the beef and chicken kebab process are. I will be doing a lot more chicken since it is so much easier without having to mince. If you run out of ideas, it would be great to see you make Adana kebab, Midye Dolması, or içli köfte. Other than doner, those were my favorite Turkish foods while living in Turkey.

    The meat is not all breast it’s half leg meat because breast is too dry and if the leg meat has the skin in there is even better because it’s more juice

    hey, i wanna ask something, if the end of the day there's still plenty of meat left, what should we do? put the leftover meat in freezer and continue heat up in the next day or just dump the meat and make a new one?? hope you reply this, thanks
