It was actually a sound strategy for dealing with the German Army. The entire combat philosophy of the Germans at that time was centered around offensive maneuvering. All their hardware and combat doctrine was about offensive operations. By constantly attacking, Patton was able to prevent them from launching any major counteroffensives in his sector by constantly keeping them off balance. It's why he was the only one in a position to provide any support against the Ardennes offensive.

@@emirtahasararslan7535 fun fact, Germany absolutely hated Italy with a passion and thought of the Mediteranian Countries (aka Italy, Spain, Greece, etc) as lower than them and considered France and Britain to be very similar to themselves. Germany desperately wanted to beat Britain or wanted to be their ally. When the allyship was denied, all hell broke loose. And guess what Hitler does when a bombing raid goes over Berlin? He shoots himself in the foot and starts bombing British cities instead of fighting the RAF recovery buildings, paving the way for potential invasion. Japan really screwed Germany over as well, not only with Pearl Harbor but with Russia as well. Japan had two options back in the day of WW2 before America joined. Fight North and help the Germans invade Russia, hopefully pinning the soviets and crushing the army, or fight South/West and invade China and Australia (which they did) and ignore just about everything Germany asks for. Way too many blunders happened during the Axis’s turn that, had the Germans captured Stalingrad and Russia, would it have truly mattered in the end?

This is pretty cool! When I made the script originally I was loosely following WWII; Medic was Germany who attacked Spy, Pyro was Japan so Soldier dropped the bomb on them not Heavy. The video still ended with Heavy versus Soldier like the Cold War I guess, I'm not very good at history. The sequel would be them racing to the moon. I condensed the video very early on since it was way too much work and wouldn't fit within five minutes but that 5th plane is left over from when Medic was in the video.

Lorenzo Centurelli Basically what happened in world war 1 except the allies won’t have Italy to push their units through into Germany. Or maybe Italy would have joined the allies and Germany would have been defeated a lot faster.
