I know im late to the party. great video! in terms of grip wheel to wheel, clutch packs with help if the rear is engaging both wheels, which it probably isnt. Viscous coupler should send more power to the back. You can delete the switch on the rear diff for faster spool time on engagement. I would recommend an LSD for the transmission. that will keep you going to straight. It will stop pulling left or right on acceleration. There are numerous options out there. Might be something to look into to. Good luck with the bui dand keep us posted.

Yea, a hood exit is dope, however, too many fumes come into the cab if you have the windows down, still running AC though, so we’re good!

The best ! Look great I got one is a a2 stock I got cat converter stole now is faster then even lol .... i love the backfire

mighty car mods did real world Dyno testing on intercoolers. painted black they act like a heat sink and can bring around 10% more power from the cooler air charge. and it will be a little more sleek

You want a cheap power upgrade? Do a K24A2 swap from a first generation Acura TSX. That’s what I have now in my 04 Element; along with a set of Hankook 225/75/R16 all terrain tires and a 2 inch suspension lift.

I am doing the same type of thing, and have run across a couple of questions. What did you do with the vacuum lines that came off of the old air box system. I believe that they are greater hoses, but do I block them or do I let them vent?

O man I'm very curious how much this makes and how long, I just did a k20a2 head in my element with the k24a4 which is a pain because the pistons should be switched to k24a2 pistons and if you compare the a4 rods to a2 rods your jaw will drop, k24a4 rods and the bolts especially are tiny and thin. What haltec ecu are you running btw?

I still do not know the exact HP numbers, until I dyno, but she is running great! I am using the Haltech Platinum Pro DC5, it is a straight plug and play to the stock Element harness, check out my other videos!

@@JaimmyAC man that's exactly what I needed to hear! Man these vehicles are a pain with ecu setups, ktuner is really the only 1 that is designed for 05 and up elements which are not tuner friendly and hondata can get confusing plus very expensive in my case because I got the wrong ecu kpro combo. Thanks for the heads up on that. I'm glad I ran into you

What about the VVT spool? Did you lock the vvt? LOL, I am wanting to build my E I have a k 20 head and valve train and oil pump. Just keep asking about what is done with the VVT spool. It has been bugging me to death. No one has answered the question. Not going turbo. Your E sounds friggin awesome .
