Blew a ringland in cyl 6.. then lifted my head 150km after doing forged bottom end rebuild on my aluminum B25… Now did a Cometic head gasket and raceware studs.. Have 1000km of 10psi just waiting for it. Living on borrowed time 😂 Never again! Expensive lessons, Iron blocks from now on! Keep it up bud 🍻

E39 wouldn't be a so called "budget build" e46 chasis has more aftermarket parts

@@kinpump4696 actually .. it's exactly the same parts and cost lol. I own a turbo E36. And a turbo s52 E39. I also have a m54b30 turbo. You can get a E39 528 iron block from factory. And a e39 is cheaper to buy than a E46.... Where's the extra cost?

Hey can I do this for a 2001 bmw 325i I want to change both the valve cover gasket to metal which I know I can already do but I can do the same for the intake manifold right? I don’t want to turbo or anything just for looks and better reliability

whats the reason for deleting vanos out of the tune and running it off disa? wouldnt it be just as easy to suppress the dtc for the missing exhaust CPS?

I just bough a twin screw supercharger from ESS Automotive. With this kit it works with power steering so no need to remove it. It look so awesome too.

Great vid. That's basically my set up. I did test fit it with the e36 oil pan and it clears. Is there any reason other then the oil level sensor you didn't just use the e36 pan?

Hey I love what your doing. I'm working on the same exact swap. I did not swap over the oil pan. So my level sensor is dangling. I'm reusing the m54 b25 intake manifold. Having a no crank issue now. Is their anyway we can contact each other to iron out the details?

Check out the m50 builds. I believe the m52 iron block has the same potential. There are 1000hp samples out there in the m50 world.

Just put a m54 oil pan on it and you are good to go. The e39 has the correct pick up tube to work with the stock m54 pan

What did you die with crank sensor?. Use m54? Or m52? And on crank hub?.

Buy a tune with deleted ews. Check your clutch switch. Or delete your ews on your own. You can jump 2 pins on ews to see if it cranks (simple first step )

@@drewdavis239 I got the ews delete and when I connect my I carsoft pro scanner it connects pulls misfire code but when I manually type the vin on scanner to read everything it has error code I also used a foxwell scanner and autozone got a new to me ecu with ews delete from the same guy that did it og and I tried jumping it with a fuse to see if cranks and nun checked fuses even the 1 by ecu checked key switched starter and alternator og alternator was bad car would run but it died on me when driving the last time and I jumped and got it home barely made it was misfiring due to dead battery replaced it and it never cranked again

Ews delete, Check Grounds (front under engine) and Postive connection, check the fuse thats on the postive terminals in the trunk, and clutch switch, also check the starter to see if it works

@@bannasong98 well it was all connected the starter was a lil off u could stick a pencil in the gap but put a new starter and yea I pushed it with my truck and nothing
