It’s crazy how ppl put their cars away in the winter and take them out in the summer… here in Az we do the opposite…. Winter they come out, summer 110+ degrees we put them away. Beautiful car man. Gonna order my kit this week, hope you can help me with some questions I may run into

Bummer on the fuel line, that's why I ran steel tubing on my swap and followed the feed. Nice and tidy! You still confuse me with your reversed background. 🥴

Is this a gen 1 or 2 coyote or is it built? It's bad as hell man the coyote is a solid option for a mod motor car it's alot easier swap because the coyote and mod motor are basically the same thing fitment wise. There are multiple things that don't need to be changed that does need to be changed on a fox for example. Badass! *edit* I just saw in the video it's a gen 1 coyote. Badass bro. Prob need to ditch those 410 gears tho go with like a 3.55 the t56 is geared fairly long so don't wanna go too long but turbos like longer gearing for sure.

The on3 website says you have to put the alt back in stock location and use electric power steering. Looks like you didn’t. I wonder if they changed the kit?

That is the way they designed the kit but if you're creative enough you can make anything work.

Question.. one video you said 2011 motor this video 2013??

  • @tsbperformance1531

When I originally got the engine I was told it was out of a 2011 but after I ordered the Holley terminator for the 2011-12 I found some of the connectors didn't match and the Holley rep informed me I had the 2013 up style connectors I believe it was on the cam phaser connectors. Didn't do any further digging just know it was a gen 1 and at least a 2013.

I'm shooting for 700 whp for now maybe in a year I'll pull the motor and put forged rods and pistons in and turn it up. I plan on eventually taking it to the track just to see what it would run, but it's mainly a street car. ;)

How do you feel about the terminator X ecu? Im doing a similar swap and wanna know how the TIVCT preset from Holley acts under boost

Factory tune of the ecu doesn't feel the best, but once I had a tuner remote log in and get it where it needs to be it's been great so far. Will report once I get it Dyno tuned on how I feel about the drive ability and such of it.
