This scene hits home. People think just cause people grow up together or been friends 10+ years that everything will b gravy and things don't change. Nah, things change, and sometimes old friends need to part ways.

Damon Adams He’s not saying anything is wrong with having friends you knew for a long time ago. He’s saying that people you been friends with for a long time can change up on you and turn their back on you no matter how long y’all been friends and that’s something anybody can relate to.

Pac was an excellent actor, but where's the praise for Omar? His facial expressions and dialogue throughout the movie really defined Q throughout the whole movie. Khalil was great as Raheem even in his short amount of time on-screen; he was charismatic and cool. Jermaine made me want to hang out with Steel, as he seemed loyal; a gentle giant, you could say.

Tupac was such a gifted actor. It's really a shame he was so young when he was killed because he had so much talent and wisdom and character. He was a young hothead and that is what likely got him killed, but if he were still alive he probably would've gone on to do great things (even greater than he already did). RIP Tupac.

If you really look at the shit.... Blizzard & that movie was the changing point for bishop. Yes he was always a nut but once he seen that movie he was the only one who felt that. Fuck getting locked up, I rather die real as a gangster(madman) was his point. Then steel clowned him bout that spanish nigga then cut to Blizzard. A nigga who was just on some gangster shit now dead. Ideology battles clashed once bishop realized that a pistol is the only thing standing in his way from true power. Fuck listening to Raheem cause he think he run shit. Q aint shit cause he think he better and Steele will always be my bitch. Thats how that nigga looked viewed them. "Fuck that! We used to be like brothers!" This line sadly foreshadows what was to come later on in the movie. The writing was on the wall. Something bad was gonna happen to the four of them and it was only a matter of time. Q and Bishop getting into an altercation like this was just a sign of what was to come.

Q and Pac are both example of the black man struggle of wanting to leave or stay in the hood. Q had his DJ going and wanted to make it big with that. Also had a woman on his side that supported him. Q is the example of the black man wanting to getting out of hood and make a life for himself. He see beyond the hood environment and that's not how he want to live anymore. Pac only see what goes on in the hood and think that's the way to live. Theirs nothing in between. He doesn't see outside of the hood but only what goes on inside the hood. Either live like that or die from Pac perspective. Both are fine examples of young black men growing up in these neighborhoods. Then you have the two friends! Raheem whose a father at the age of 17 and not taking care of child. Rather run the streets wit his friends. That's why the scene when his baby mother getting in the car wit another dude hurt him. He's not a acting like an man taking of his responsibility. Just a deadeat dad. That's why when Pac drop an idea on him how to get easy money Raheem was wit it if it meant providing for his child. Easy money come with a cost though sadly he didn't find that out till his death. Finally Steel, the friend who doesn't speak up as much only when he's back into an corner. Weak to peer pressure. Him speaking up could had saved Raheem life and kept him from getting shot. Good movie if you look at with broader view of the black man life in the hood.

I think the reason Tupac did such an amazing job in the movies he was in was because the plots were centered around similar situations he ACTUALLY lived through. So it was easy for him to pull of the parts easily because he'd been though shit like that before.
