Tuning The TT Is Complete! | Was Big Turbo Worth It?
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Hey Everyone,
Today we are picking right back up where the last episode left off. Having done our first log with the new 1200cc injectors, the car was sent into a bad limp mode. We had to make it home and figure out what to do next.
Thank you for watching,

Your filming style is unlike anything I've seen in ages. Please keep making these subtle philosophical shots where you show the landscape or yourself thinking about the future of the project.. You'll distinguish yourself from other content creators and go very far!.. Absolutely killing it man!

I seriously appreciate that! I find philosophy just as interesting as both cars, and storytelling, so I absolutely will! I've got some big plans going forward! Thank you again for the support!

You're gonna make it. Great stories. Great production. Getting your hands dirty. Sharing useful technical knowledge. Working on cars that are widely accessible.
Your youtube contrent is so underrated. I really hope you get the recognition it deserves. Its actually effortless to tune in and kick back to watch.
amazing production design, you have a talent for artistic storytelling. great eye. You continue to motivate me to keep and mod my TT225.

Don't give up on them man! I'm doing the same! They are such cool car! I just started filming mine this weekend im hoping to get a video by next week!
I’m a project manager and I can tell you the reason we map dependencies to the minute details is so we can make one change and shift the whole plan further down. Hell I even build in delays on major milestones. If we don’t need it then we are ahead. Don’t feel bad about shifting timelines.
Love this channel man. It’s unlike anything else on KZread. I prolly only watch this and ronaldfinger and wd detail every week. The rest are just flex 💪🏽.

Hey that means a ton to me! I really appreciate the support.
I think you’re amazing bro, I don’t understand how you’re so calm about the whole process of recording and gremlins in an Audi while balancing life. To see another young guy with the same internal dialogue but somehow you harness it so well and make these informative videos. Please pray I come across the gremlins in mine, this just motivated me that it’s something so small with this dang car!!!! Wishin only the best for you man you are truly talented..
Great video man, glad the car is running well. If it was mine I would have been anxious too with the amount of work which has gone into it. Are you thinking of taking it to a rolling road and what sort of power are you expecting? It would be nice to have a spare engine you could build up with forged components and just swap over when its done. Thanks man.😀
Hi i love your videos o own an audi a4 b5 1.8i quattro and i started modding it and because of your videos i Could Find the best upgrades for suspension keep up the good work brother

Love the cinematic, documentary style
Thank you once again. I've looked over your shoulder on a bunch "O stuff at this point and am in your debt. We're currently doing the clutch/pp / bearing. Winter stuff. Whom did / do you use for the tuning ? We've 7° in Central OH today, so reading, not doing is the option. Stay warm.
Great Job Hunter. Great vid glad it worked out. And the videography is A+.
I can actually feel your pain through the screen. Owner of 2002 ALMS 225 Quattro boosting at 25psi. It ain't easy being in this club...
I'm over by the golf course...stop by and fix mine too!! 😅😂😂
Awesome video!!
Love the vids, as someone else said in the comments, it's different to most stuff on KZread, so keep it up

Awesome video man you really do a great job. In the beginning, was that undertone a cover of Hans Zimmer - Time?

Commendable that your tuner is using a gradual boost ramp. I'm doing the exact same thing with my car and it feels great, not to mention being better for the engine.

That final shot where you started to smile reminds me of the final scene of the movie whiplash where the main character finally smiles hahahaha

Short term I want to make the interior nicer by swapping some pieces out. There are also a couple issues id like yo correct in other parts of the car. While doing that I'll start collecting the parts needed to build an engine... then the real fun starts haha

@@HunterDirection Brother, I can't wait for the outcome of engine rebuild. I did an interior swap on my TT. Got rid of the grey seat for black since my car is Brilliant black. But once your engine is built you can go mafless! That's what I'm doing soon. :) Until then I'll see your next Video.
I honestly don't get why youtube does not promote his videos more. Sure he isn't your quirky, annoying, screaming type of guy, but the production value is quite high and espacially the script is well done. Of course making them about a car I also own and plan on doing similar modifications helps. KZread and it's modern algorithm...
Hi, how do you have your front emblem attached?
3:22 just guessing and haven’t finished but no vacuum. Let’s see if I got it.
Did you get any horsepower or torque increase? or did it remain the same from the last time you gave us those numbers?
@HunterDirection
3 ай бұрын
I'm not sure what the car was at last time you were talking about... But according to the tuner the car should be making around 300 HP/TQ to the wheels with lots of room to go when we put some rods in.

@@CarlosPerdomo yeah it was a solid 80-100 wheel gain over the ko4 according to his logs. Super solid for a stock block. Id like to get it on a real dyno someday to get more accurate numbers.
Do you get a baseline "hp/torque" guess?
@HunterDirection
4 ай бұрын
That's a super solid question. I can ask my tuner what he would say. That would probably be more accurate than whatever guess I came up with haha
