Also I don’t know if you’ve ever tried a tomato sandwich I only heard about it through this one channel Southern ASMR sounds. But a lot of people do it. It looks really good. There's mayo. oil, onions, spices mostly. And a whole bunch of spinach! They are quite generous which is good lol
