Hello, thank you for this wonderful recipe I love tuna mayo! Question: If I want to store onigirazu to eat later, could I make it without the nori and add it later when I'm about to eat? I hate when the nori gets soggy 😥

Great job. Next time try to cut the tuna can top off 90% of the way around. Then over a sink drain or trash can, use your thumbs to press the led down firmly into the tuna while tipping the can to drain. The oil or brine with strain out between the lid and the can lip and will become as dry as you like. The more pressure the drier the tuna flakes will become. no dirty mess to clean up

I hate tuna in oil, would tuna in water work as well? And can I put my cucumber in a food processor? I don't have very good fine motorskills so working with knives makes me nervous.
