Usually there may not be any significant rain in April 3rd week. Even if it rains it will not effect your trip.

Possibly but not sure. It will depend on the weather as the tulips have very short lifespan.

chances of snowfall are very less but u can find tons of snow everywhere, Sonmarg me be closed due to snow

Yes you will find snow in sonmarg but nothing will be closed. This year sonmarg was open almost throughout the winters.

You can buy them for cheap from srinagar Sunday market or even from Gulmarg.

Yes infact you may be able to see a snowfall in Gulmarg or Sonmarg. You can do sightseeing easily.
