*===UPDATE November 6, 2023===* Hey everyone! Just updated the video description a bit, changing two important details: 1. LENGTH: The estimated length of the short film will be closer to 12 minutes instead of 6! Yes, you heard that right, Tukk Tales will be quite a bit longer than initially planned! I realized the story benefits a lot from the additional scenes & the higher stakes they introduce & from letting the scenes breath a bit more overall. I usually work as 3d generalist in advertising where videos have to be FAST & attention grabbing, but with a film like this the right pacing is so important. It's such a great learning experience for me as both a 3d generalist AND director, which is one of the main reasons why I'm making it in the first place. 2. RELEASE DATE: I initially said I HOPE to get the short film finished some time next year, but that's certainly not the case any more due to both the increased length & me having been busier with freelance work & life than anticipated throughout the year. Since this is a personal project I can only work on between client jobs, the ultimate release date depends on a lot of factors that are hard to foresee. For now I can only humbly ask you to be patient, follow along my journey with this ambitious fanfilm project, subscribe and keep an eye on my social media pages for future updates and previews. I think this proves how much fans overwhelmingly love the clones and the animated series' from Clone Wars to Bad Batch and want more. I can't wait for the whole story. I wish the bean counters at Disney had the vision or hired people like High Ground Animations to do official shows/ shorts/ movies/ anything like this.

Incredible. Not only are the animations and voices spot on, but you captured the feeling of Clone Wars. I feel like often when people make Clone Wars fan films, they make the troopers dumb or immature just for comedy. But what you did feels like true clone humor, not a cheap imitation. Fantastic job! You just earned yourself another subscriber!

Dude this is just straight outta clone wars. The way the characters move, the style, their mannerisms, the voices, humor…could stick this in a random clone wars episode and could fool me…and I’ve seen the show 6 times. I’m starting to think this is the actual animation team behind the show

Your passion for star wars shines brighter in this than it does in most of the more recent disney star wars media that's been coming out. this is unbelievable. It's literally perfect. The voices, the expressions, the body language and animations, all perfect. But what amazes me the most is how you have managed to replicate the clone wars color grading and directing style. The camera work is perfectly replicated which I don't think a lot of people acknowledge how difficult it is to do. Keep up the amazing work, can't wait for the final product.

I legit thought that this is an official trailer for another show. It took me a second to realize that it’s fan made. That’s shocking. This is absolutely fantastic. No clue why, but the b1 touching his head after hearing “why the long face” killed me Saying that this is incredible is such an understatement. This massaged my eyes.

Absolutely loved it!! The script, the accuracy and the little gag! Just perfect!

I already saw some of your test footage a long while back, but holy hell, it still blows my mind how insanely well you replicated the Clone Wars/Bad Batch style. Even the dialogue/humor feels authentic to the shows! The droid feeling its head after the "long face" line genuinely got me. I'm incredibly excited to see the finished product! This is going to be a blast!
