Investigating Non-Human Intelligences
In this talk, Anthony Peake will discuss his ‘egregorial hypothesis’, as detailed in his last book, The Hidden Universe: An Investigation into Non-Human Intelligences (Watkins, 2019).
Since our very beginnings, human beings from all civilizations across the globe have encountered ‘the others’ - intelligent, self-motivated beings that are clearly not human in their origins. These entities range from gods, angels, demons, and djinns to hobgoblins, poltergeists, and ghosts. In modern times related entities are being encountered in circumstances facilitated by substances such as dimethyltryptamine, ayahuasca, 5-Meo-DMT, and LSD, as well as the beings encountered by individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s-related Charles Bonnet Syndrome, young children’s non-corporeal companions, the seemingly independent beings met during lucid dreaming and near-death and out-of-body experiences and the ‘aliens’ encountered in UFO ‘abductions’.
Peake’s model of reality is based upon an amalgamation of ancient belief systems, subjective human experiences of the extraordinary and the latest discoveries of neurology, neurochemistry, quantum mechanics, and cosmology. This model proposes that consciousness, far from being simply an accident of evolution, is the actual root source of the material universe.

We wake up in the Matrix and find that we're batteries. Slavoj Žižek has commented on the Matrix that the energy produced by humans is Jouissance, an excess of pleasure, which is something the machines cannot produce themselves. At least that's the way I understand it. This aligns with the idea of the egregore feeding off the human soul, or Gurdjieff's notion of becoming food for the Moon, or Casteneda's eagle's gift. All these Visitors from another world come needing something from human consciousness. Conjuring them can be perilous.

That's a lie that some man said, that He said that. Jesus wouldn't say something like that. There are many different levels of Heaven. It's our Home and that's where we go. We are already eternal. We don't have to do anything for it, it's the way we were created. God made us eternal souls. We are having a Human experience.
