I love Tuseno watches. I own the Shellback V1 blue dial, and the Windseeker blue & orange dials. And also ordered, which should arrive next month I believe, the Shellback V2 white dial. All of them are incredible in terms of design, quality, fit and finish, and value. Looking forward to getting the Shellback V2 white dial.....

I will likely never be able to afford an Explorer II “Polar”, this beauty comes very close to meeting that need. Love what this brand is doing with its technical quality and design language.

Machining looks high quality and is reminiscent of Halios, but I really can't get over the Pokeball hour hand.

Nice watch,never worried me that the second hand had to be loomed until you said good to know the watch is still working.

Buckle looks exactly the same as the Erebus from Jody at just one more watch. Probably same Chinese manufacturer used.

I own the version one and really like it. However, the lounge on the new ones looks much better! Nice watches.

The Shellbacks are genuinely sharp looking watches, and I especially like the blue dial and white dial versions. I find the red strap to be a bit much, but that's just me. Even if the movement isn't the prettiest, I'd still prefer an exhibition back. Gotta have something to look at during conference calls. Lume on the second hand is nice but not a major concern.

The white dial...as much as it seems to be catching most peoples' eyes feels like a weak replacement for an Explorer 2 that you might get tired of. If you like the explorer 2 the only way you'll ever be happy is if you save up for one. Is it weird that I own a Blackbay in Blue and I ordered one of these in Black? haha. Even though they're being compared I think the blackbay nods more to the vintage look and the shellback is more modern in its design and features. I'd almost say they're opposites along the axis of dive watches and the reason to compare them is to explore the rangeof what Dives watches can be.

I really want to like this watch brand but something about the design idk just doesn’t do it for me. I can admit it’s a great watch it’s just not my cup of tea, but I do like that these microbrands are giving the people what they want quality and economical pricing.

I have the version one in blue with lumed ceramic bezel . It’s a torch! This design is not a Tudor homage, in my opinion. The sandwich dial is very different, as is the overall design, while still demonstrating the familiar elements of a dive watch, of course. Also, Tudors have unadulterated slab sides, and the Tuseno has features that break up the sides of the case and give it a much slimmer impression. Light play off the flat link bracelet is beautiful. I’m waiting on the v 2 white dial stainless version to arrive. I have no doubt it will be a great watch, which will have a better clasp then v 1, which is an important upgrade.

I guess I missed the direct comparison to Tudor. I'll search through the video again! 😅

Nice but sold out. I really don’t like this micro trend that if you want to secure a watch, you have to give them your money 6(++) months in advance. And not even a deposit of say 50%…the full amount.

But idk man, something about the recessed indices on the dial gives me trypophobia vibes 😵‍💫

The hour markers are proportionally too large for the watch and does not fit the Tudor copy design. Looks like a childrens alarm clock from the 70's. Not for me.

Realy like this watch,i think microbrands have to fight for give same quality than big brands and for less price,for destroy them,i am tired with all this luxury brand with insane price,dream in a brand who will offer a gold watch with leather strap at 1000$ and its factible when you know the price of a mouvment and 20gr of gold....

Unfortunately micro brands do absolutely zero for me

I hope one day, manufacturers will just get rid of the branding and logo at 12oclock, I’m tired of looking at some goofy name when trying to see what time it is lol
