From Seattle here. Our city is a mess!! It’s filthy! Fences, used needles, people dropping their clothing and defecating in the middle of sidewalks. Jenny Durken should be arrested!!! She’s horrible at being a leader. We need to stand up! People say, use your vote. I am a Republican in a blue state. My vote doesn’t count here. The sad thing is. There are a lot of very intelligent people in Seattle. I don’t understand why they don’t see this as offensive. I’ve been here for better than 5o years. It’s not getting better, yet our property taxes keep going up. They are extremely high! I am tired of giving these people my money.

As a person who actually lives in Minneapolis’ third precinct I can ASSURE YOU these were NOT “peaceful protests”. AND the high rise they burned to the ground was low income apartments that were days away from being completed and ALL the people slated to move in were once again made homeless by the actions of opportunist rioters - many who were not even from Minneapolis. After they satisfied their destructive hunger on Lake street they began to move into the neighborhoods. The only grocery store in my neighborhood that survived was because neighbors who believe in the second amendment guarded the building nightly until the National Guard arrived. The building across from my home was prevented from being burned to the ground on day 4 only by the residents who lived on the second floor begging them not to burn it. These are the facts of what happened in Minneapolis from someone who actually lives here.

I am SO sorry you all went through such utter lawlessness and fear, torture, etc. This should have been stopped from the get go and an example made of the "peaceful protesters" so it wouldn't have escalated. Why these progressives believe whats good for the goose isnt good for the gander baffles me and I am sooo thankful I live in a rural area although I know eventually those wont be safe either if those in power don't put an end to all this madness! The bystander effect is sadly real. Most people know virtually nothing of using physical force, and many travel alone. “The guy is assaulting someone in broad daylight, what happens if I try something? Will he have any qualms of doing to same (or worse) to me?” So the thinking goes. It’s easy to believe we would be the lone hero, but for most people that just isn’t the case. They are called heroes for a reason after all.

Does anyone else's stomach turn whenever they see these WH press conferences?

It is truly terrifying to intervene on behalf of someone being attacked. I very nearly didn't once when the only genuine opportunity of my life so far to do so presented itself. The thought of what I would feel if my sister were the one needing saving and other men walked on by put me straight and gave me the conviction to do what we right. The modern west has a crisis of lack of courage in its men and I realised in those seconds of indecision how easy it is to walk away and why we have to train our sons that courage is a virtue, cowardice is a shameful vice.

Laws that require citizens to intervene to aid a victim of a crime, taking place in the citizens' presence, and that enable state-attorneys to prosecute them for failing to step in, in an effort to prevent the progress of the crime, are rare. Most states permit bystanders/onlookers to permit the crime to proceed. The reason is obvious. Common citizens do not enjoy any immunity from civil liability, as prosecutors do, do not enjoy sovereign immunity, as governors and mayors do, and, in today's upside-down legal environment, could face criminal charges, and/or liability-suits, themselves for intervening to prevent the progress of a violent crime.

I was recently in Vegas and I walked 15 minutes on the strip and it was dystopian debauchery. The Walgreens had 4 full blown crazy people inside. While I waited for an Uber, I watched a crazy guy have a full scale argument with the trash can at the entrance.

Retail theft = If your profit margin is 20% and you steal 1 item. The store has to sell 5x of that item to recover the money they would have made by selling the one stolen. Some people forget that stores don't get their goods for free.

America, two justice systems, government agencies used by powerful people to target their enemies, fraudulent elections, no rule of law, corrupt mega rich crony capilists living in walled and privately secured compounds while regular hardworking people suffer violent crime... Hahah pretty much every hallmark of a third world country and China is jealous of the perceived freedom of information and speech when actually big tech owns everybody. It's absolutely clown world, my heart absolutely breaks for the next generation and especially their children. We stand on the shoulders of giants no more, because we kneecapped them. Honestly people deserve what they're getting for being stupid enough to let this be perpetrated, hopefully the hellscape we are about to live through breeds enough strong and intelligent people to create another thriving society but there's a corrupt vampire lich with their claws deep into this country and they aren't letting go. More likely we'll just import so many people that the foundation of America and American Ideals will be lost forever because the country will have too few people left who care about freedom, high trust societies and investing in a future that you know you won't be around to enjoy. Ironically that's why America was the greatest country on Earth, ever since the worst generation in history the boomers we've stopped investing and starting withdrawing and there is nothing of value left.

@@palmereldritch4166 Well when we have seen video of the “ police” actually waving people inside, and we know that FBI people were also inside, because of actual reports using code words like person of interest, etc., we tend to be a bit suspicious of Nancy Pelosi labeling this an “insurrection”. Not a shot was fired, unless you count the murdering of unarmed Ashley Babbit by a DC policeman. I saw video of this so-called insurrection and it consisted of a bunch of mostly older people milling around, not destroying or threatening anyone. There is no video of any Trump supporter busting up anything. I fully believe that the whole thing was a setup by Democraps wanting to pin it on Trump. They have weaponized the FBI against the right. Trump never called for any violence. He asked supporters to march peacefully to the capitol and make their voices heard.

Theft: It’s happening in more places than the big cities. I live in rural Florida and was in a Ross a couple weeks ago when a lady in pajama pants and a big tshirt walked out of the store carrying a pair of shoes. The alarm went off. Those of us standing in line TO PAY for our items were startled by the alarm and looked up. Somebody said, “She just stole that!” And (God as my witness) the “security” person laughed! A couple other employees shook their head & chuckled. We’re talking about a woman able-bodied enough to walk herself into the store & steal! Meanwhile, other able bodied people who do not have enough money to blow at Dillards are standing in line at Ross to legally procure what we need! The thief was “hefty!” NOT a thin, starving waife!! Turning a blind eye to stealing IS NOT OK!!! It’s enough that taxpayer’s dollars provide food, shelter, & education for those in need. STOP ACTING LIKE STEALING FROM A RETAIL STORE IS ACCEPTABLE!!!

Vaccine mandates for example? Every year up till the 2020 election, we had a choice on whether we wanted a "flu shot" or not, I always chose not..Now we're being threatened, punished, labeled, and coerced into being injected with what "they" are calling a "vaccine," but others are calling an inoculation? Plus multiple boosters to boot. I still choose NOT to be injected with a man-made immune system inoculation or Vaccine, and am very excited and curious to see what happens Jan 4, 2022. It's the day of RECKONING.
