    Sir only myobacterium have property to does not form pagolysosome. And one another Question is any pathogen are enter in lung it should be destroyed by pagolysosome process.

    listen again, he said that is what normally happens when there is a pathogen that is phagocytosed by the macrophages BUT in the case of mycobacterium tuberculosis it does not happen. it is NOT fragmented by the macrophage. the phagosome does NOT mature.
