    thank you Dr. Been you are amazing I want to ask about your opinion about a statement i read it in ( robbins basic pathology 9th ) : Tuberculosis is the prototype of granulomatous disease and should always be excluded as the cause when granulomas is identified .

    One doubt sir, First u say that , mycobacteria does not like fatty acid so they run out , But in secondary tb , u said that if patient will ill, immunocompromised , mycobacteria present in casesous granuloma will become active 🤔
