It was incredible to see ur video, Very very knowledgeable. But i wanna see secondary tuberculosis too.. So where is it?

One doubt sir, First u say that , mycobacteria does not like fatty acid so they run out , But in secondary tb , u said that if patient will ill, immunocompromised , mycobacteria present in casesous granuloma will become active 🤔
