If Poland send Jann, it will probably be my favourite ever Polish entry and I loved Colour of your Life in 2016. These kind of songs don’t come around very often at Eurovision

I think it would have the potential to be mine too. currently my fave POL song that went to Eurovision is Superhero from JESC. Fave NF song is Cool Me Down

Gladiator for the win! Huge top 5 potential 😍However, I am fully prepared for voting shenanigans in Poland. They changed their voting system and now no matter how convincingly you win the televote, the votes are translated into 12-10-8, etc. and then the jury votes are the same, so in the event of a tie, the jury decides the winner. Given Poland’s recent history and their shady national broadcaster, I think they might just rig the whole thing. Alicja’s song is sooo underwhelming and dull. It literally does not have an instrumental/ music, it’s all vocals with a few quiet piano moments sprinkled few and far in between. It’s a song contest, not a singing contest.

Agree. Im afraid somebody in polish tv decided it has to be Alicja and they told her to sing a song about refugees. So wrong. I hope Jann wins

Jann's my favourite, with Felivers and Dominik completing my top 3. I really hope we send Jann, but I'd also be happy with Felivers since they're both so completely different from what Poland usually sends. You complained about lack of Polish, so you probably missed it, but there's a short rap verse in Felivers' song in Polish. Sadly it's not much, but still better than nothing. I think Maja Hyży was referencing her struggles with health in the hospital bit in the MV but it didn't really gel well with the rest of the video and the song's not that great in general.

I like this year preselection in Poland. The bigest chance have Jann but the live is really important here to give the atmospher from music video. Mayby not this black liquid but it should be dark and seksi.

I think Alicja is waiting to release the song because of the 1 year anniversary of the war in Ukraine.. it might win, but I really really really hope that Poland will choose Jann.

yea something like that is difficult because maybe she genuinely is doing it for that reason, but maybe its more calculated. I think delaying the song so late to release it to coincide with the anniversary may come across as attention seeking, but we need to see the song and lyrics before we can know

Jann is clearly the best, as a Pole I would be so sad if anybody else wins :( But the selection overall is actually pretty good, I like Felivers as well and actually Booty is catchy lol it's obviously silly but it's great imo xD I'm not a fan of Blanka, her live performance was very bad, I think for that alone Poland shouldn't choose her. Alicja's song is out now, I listened to it just now. People in the comments are quite negative about it, saying it's rather boring and also that she's taking advantage of the situation with Ukraine...I'm less negative about it, I actually quite like it but I still just want Jann and nobody else. Will there be a video about Alicja's song as well?

yea possibly, honestly i filmed it and i felt similar to some of those comments that you said above, that it felt a little exploitative. honestly im not mad on putting up controversial videos because sometimes there can be a tonne of hate

@@ESCTom Understandable, if you recorded a reaction on Alicja's song and called it exploitative, the comments could be bad 😅 I really hope the Poles won't end up choosing this just because it's addressing Ukranian refugees, the best song should be sent and that's obviously Jann's song

Fresh off the press, Blanka shocker. Honestly, looking at the snippets shown during voting, it was literally like night and day between the two. Evidently the jury really hurt Jan'n's chances, and the way the voting is structured (with points based on position), it is hard to reverse the judging scores. Props to UMK letting the public vote be proportional rather than positional. Also, with Jann out of the running, less vote splitting for Cha Cha Cha will improve its prospects, but beware of the judging scores, Cha Cha Cha was polarizing even in the UMK judges scores (UK judges being prunes as usual).

This is one of the National Finals, where everyone needs to have a great performance, because if Jann slips ip, they could just nip in and take it...that's exactly what happened here, lol.

Alicja can really win with her message and performance, but my Favorite is Dudek, such a feel good song, i can mostly imagine it at eurovision among others
