They are completely captivating to watch when they perform. There's a strange elegance to their movements even though they're robotic. And I don't know why I love all the creepiness, but I do!! Creepy awesome

Gosh, for me it would be so embarrassing to 'malfunction' in front of a lot of people! They pull it off amazingly, and they just start off again.

Am I the only person that got really happy when David said "Bunny changes HER make up all the time"?!?! Even though she still looked like a man here, her brother so obviously supports her! Ah, that made me so happy :D (32:10)

David said Bunny changes "The" make up all the time....at the start of the vid, David repeatedly says twin brother, my brother, identical brother.....Not saying he's in denial or any such thing, I think it's a beautiful story, but he didn't say that

This video is from 2013. I don't think Bunny was publicly out yet, so it makes sense why David wouldn't use the correct pronouns (even if he already knew)!

Someday Steam Powered Giraffe and Professor Elemental are going to turn up at the same con, and the planet will implode from pure awesomeness.

also am I the only one who thinks that knowing their real characters makes them even cuter? I mean their act is cute and comical, but their real personalities are more down to earth and cute :P

Hatchworth's panel is missing... he's gonna blow up!!!! We're all gonna die!!!! I love Steam Powered Giraffe's silliness... they don't take themselves that seriously... and have fun with their performances. They always make me smile... thank you, guys (and gal) for that. ♥️

Well at first he didn't do great. And I am quick to judge. But then I started to watch what he does more and more and began to think that he fits in.

If you’re referring to the robot noises, like the gears and steam, it’s vocal. They make the noises with their mouths. It’s the reason it matches so well to their movements.

It says that on the website to be more professional and generous. But Bunny has talked about it on tumblr, and straight up said she was kicked out of the band. She often didn't show up to busk or rehearsals and it seems like they just didn't get along very well anyway. She also wasn't particularly musically inclined, so was a barrier to improvement.

One of the things that sets Steam Powered Giraffe apart is their clean, family appropriate show. In this setting they did make a few "adult"-ish comments, but we - as a FANmily - should not sink into commenting things that younger or more delicate fans ought not be exposed to. (in other words) PLEASE, keep comments clean, y'all! Thnx. 8>}

'Honey Bee' Without 'The Jon' lacks a certain amount of pathos imo 😟 each original Giraffe brought their own character to the party, now it sounds like it's lacking something. As I say imo 😕

Yep. I'm gonna preface this by saying I'm happy for Isabella the person and that she is happy in her own feelings/skin now. As for the characters in the band, I prefer Rabbit. I prefer his character, his look and his voice over that of Bunny. Even moving from Jon to Hatchworth wasn't THAT big of a deal for me. I loved the jon...hated when he left. But Rabbit moving to Bunny was a bigger hit in my love. Not the sexual change...but the character, voice, etc. Still awesome folks
