Did you upgrade any other engine internals when you did this? And how did it hold up?

No other engine internals were were upgraded. The car ran great and as far as I know it still does. I've ton several LS swaps with high mileage engines and I always put cams in them. They are all stock bottom end and they seem to last forever. My 72 C10 now has 232k miles on the engine with a nice cam and set of springs... nothing else.

How much was install?

For a shop to install the parts you are probably looking at about $1,500-$2,000 labor. I am just assuming it would take about 10-13 hours to do the work at roughly $150 per hour. Would you say it was a big power difference that you could feel from the drivers seat?

Warren&Dana DesRosier amazing difference. I estimate about 85whp increase.
